This place is trash. If you enjoy pizza hut I recommend going to another location. I ordered the big dinner box with 8 wings and cheese sticks, additional 16 wings, and a brownie box... The cheese sticks weren't cut and half of my wings were missing.
But the best part was the pick up. The clerk asked for the order name then walked away never checking the orders shelf. 10 or 15 min after another employee came to help and finally have it to me. It was on the shelf the whole time... Dude just went into the office

Called in order for 6 pizzas over $100 are you kidding me?!?!Same pizzas online $84 still too much it better deal. Give your customers a deal regardless of pickup or not

I ordered extra sauce on the pizza but there wasn’t any sauce on the pizza at all. Of course by the time I got home they were closed .

My husband and I love this location. Scott always takes excellent care of us. Our food is always fresh and to specifications. Scotts customer service is EXCELLENT which is why we continue to patronize this particular location. We have a few locations that are closer to home but appreciate the quality and customer service we consistently receive at this Indian river location!

My delivery order was missing the 4 drinks I ordered which I immediately informed Pizza Hut of. We had to wait 30 more minutes for our drinks. Additionally, the breadsticks er ordered were uncut.

Placed an order for delivery 45 mins before close. They literally canceled my order 15 mins after close. After saying my order was being picked up and it was confirmed. I had to call and hear through voice-mail my order was canceled. No one called or anything.
They gave me the wrong pizza after waiting for about 20 minutes after the promised time. Idc about waiting but at least give me the right order. This isn't the first time it's happened.

The Customer Service & Food is horrible! This place never gets our order right, it’s literally a hit or miss! The workers looked so unsanitary! The manager was extremely rude when I called to complain! I would not recommend this place! Or Eat the food! They are not clean or professional at all!

Both of my pizzas were cold. It looked like the thin crust one was just thrown together. There was not extra sauce or cheese on it. They messed up the drink order, never called to ask for another type bc the ran out. When I call them about it, the representative said they would bring the correct drinks out, they never did. I spent 48.00 on 2 cold pizzas and drinks we don't even drink. I will not order from here again. About 2 weeks ago, they did the same thing with the Supreme pizzas, cold, thrown together, terrible. I tried again only to get same results. I have learned my lesson.

I waited 20 minutes at the drive thur. No one came so I opened the window and had to scream to get someone attention. Employee was in the phone. I kept calling the store no one picked up.

Ordered pizza online, estimated time was 15 mins. Arrived in 15 mins and was told it would take another 20 mins. Not surprised at all the 1 star reviews. This place is trash. 0/10 not recommended.
