The absolute worst for timing. Order says 20 min, 45 min later sitting in the lobby and they are too busy eating and talking. So terrible didn’t even start the order.

Ordered my food at 345 pm. Waited till my projected time went by then called them. No answer. Called the call center where they repeatedly told me my pizza was being made. 6pm now and I drive to the restaurant and the place is CLOSED. STILL CHARGED ME AND NO PIZZA.

Never has stuffed crust and can’t get pizza from a diff Pizza Hut. Infuriating. It’s literally been months.

The app was easy to use. My pizza was on time, and an employee brought it to my car as soon as I pulled up to the store. And the pizza was delicious!

I don't even like Pizza Hut for real. But my daughter wanted pizza so this was the closest place. The customer service was phenomenal. Renee was a breath of fresh air. Order on line in the app. Called and said they didn't have sausage and voided out my order. Never again. Horrible customer service. Ordered from Marco's. So much better

Had an order delivered yesterday and the delivery driver was very nice and polite. When I opened everything I realized they didn't pack my dipping sauce for my breadsticks and for my cinnasticks. I called right away and the lady that answered told me that the sauce is extra and I would have to pay for them. I told her that is ridiculous and she put me on hold to speak to her supervisor. Then she hung up. I called right back and someone different answered and told me the same thing but I told them that my online receipt says marinara and glaze dipping sauce comes with it. She told me fine! We do you expect us to bring them to you? I was very nice and said yes unfortunately the breadsticks and cinnasticks are useless to us without the sauce. She said o! And then hung up the phone. That was around 830pm, no one came by with my dipping sauce. Very disappointed in the customer service and product.

Actually give the customer what they ordered. Don't charge them for extra cheese when you barely gave enough cheese as it is.
