The manager, I suppose, the “gentleman” with the glasses was RUDE. Gave me a nasty look when I didn’t hear him ask for my phone number. Kept glaring at me and didn’t even thank me. Slamming things in the process. Won’t be back here. Guy needs to be trained to atleast be nice and not nasty to his customers.

I came in today Tuesday December 31st around 230..2:45pm. The guy that was there says he was manager at the time so I couldn’t get and information on who was general manager because he wouldn’t provided . He was a white make and says his name is Milo mylo whatever. He was very very rude and disrespectful when I came in. I had places two orders for pick up and when I came in he said he didn’t make the second order because they looked similar which they wasn’t it was 2 different orders…he begin to get disrespectful when I asked him why he didn’t make the second order. He got madder when I got upset and told me to “shut up while he was talking and not raise my voice even when he was in the wrong. He then says it’s going to be 15 minutes when I really didn’t have that much time because I was on break for work . He claimed he called and left 2 voicemails when I didn’t receive anything . He makes my food with an attitude and try’s to get me out the store when I was asking for general manager info to talk to some about his behavior . This is one of my favorite locations to come to because my food is always right but after how he treated me and the things he said I will NEVER come back to this location again. He had a attitude already when I came in so i absolutely didn’t do anything wrong when he should have made the order and had it ready when I came. I will keep checking to see if he still working there to make sure somebody does something about this situation. I’m the wrong one who to be playing with. Learn to talk and respect ppl Milo Mila or whatever your name is

I'm glad Google asked for this..... I visited this location 8/15/24. I placed my order online and picked it up. I ordered a large half cheese half chicken and a large cheese pizza. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I've NEVER had a pizza where the dough was thinner in the center than it was on the outside. So, of course the pizza was overcooked in the middle (cheese pizza) cheese and dough. The sauce on both pizzas was like it was watered down and maybe sugar was added to stretch it out and was still dry like we had ordered bread sticks. The pizza was to the point that when my sister bit it she immediately spit out and was gagging. Our appetite was so spoiled we didn't even eat that night. It did look good on the surface.

This, the organization discriminates against the homeless at Hrc. I have ordered pizza numerous times to be delivered there to only be told they were all canceled, food was never delivered yet. I was still charged, and the driver accepted the free tip.

Geoff deserves a raise. I just had one of the longest and tiring days of my life and didn't have time to eat. I don't love Pizza Hut but it was the only place open around me lat enight besides bars. I was so worn out I went in pajamas and with wet hair. Geoff was so nice and friendly despite how late it was and probably how crazy I looked.

Great manager he isn’t afraid of work. I was starving after my night shift and my usual place failed me so I ordered here late at night and I feel bad but I still wanted to try anything because I was hungry. My order went through and after arriving the night manager greeted me and made me feel very reassured about my guilt that came with ordering so late in the night (15 mins before closing lol i know) but the food was great, exactly what I was asking for and the service was very friendly, helpful, and the night manager guy seemed like a type of guy who doesn’t fear work and makes sure everyone is good. Thank you guys again and sorry for ordering so late.

Do not order from this location. After a long ordeal in which my pizza was passed around between several delivery drivers for no apparent reason, I received a puzzling phone call from the store asking ME why. After telling this individual that I obviously knew less than he did about where my pizza was, I was told:"Oh well, that's ok--one less customer." The pizza in question was delivered over an hour later, with the adhesive seal on the box RIPPED. It went in the trash.
