Never had trouble until tonight. The manager and another employee were at the side as I drove to the carryout. Server at the window said I should have got a call order was late. Said it would be a few minutes. Waited over 10 minutes when the other employee who was at the side came to the window she gave me the wrong order. Turns out my order was ready the whole time. Manager said I had not waited long and offered only a soda for the inconvenience, rolled eyes when closing the service window. And the food was cold

Walked into this location this evening & promptly walked back out. The smoke in the store was horrible, there is no way I could stay in there to even place my order. It seemed like the oil fryer, the oven or something was not working properly, certainly not the exhaust system. I feel terrible for the staff that had to work in there. Not sure I'll be back any time soon or at all. VERY disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Pizza is always great never have an issue tried the bacon and cheddar breadsticks definitely 10/10 my kids loved them
The pan pizza was not properly cheesed, I asked for well done but it came almost burned. It was for my sons birthday and the pies were more than lackluster.
New Review: Gave it another shot and wish I didn’t. Ordered a personal pizza with fries and this is the amount of fries I received, this place needs an overhaul.

I ordered two large pizzas recently for dinner for my family and there were multiple brown hairs all over our pizza, no one in my family has brown hair! We immediately called spoke to a guy who offered us a credit, we said NO, we want a full refund. He then said he doesn’t know how to give a refund, for us to call back the next day and speak to his general manager Karen and she would complete the refund process, that was a lie, because the GM Karen is the rudest worst GM in the history of GM’s! First of all she blamed me and my family for the brown hairs in the pizza, then she told us Pizza Hut doesn’t do refunds and we should be happy with the credit that was offered. The thing is, it wasn’t offered, it was applied to my account, even though I said I wanted a full refund! This Karen was so rude to my wife, she shouldn’t even be working there, let alone a GM, she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Needless to say, I do not want any credit, I NEED MY FULL REFUND, for the hairs in my food, that my kids didn’t get to eat at all, and for the blatant disrespect, and unprofessional from Karen! She needs to be removed from this position, otherwise, the First Colonial location will be shutdown, sooner, rather than later! Me, not my family will NEVER, EVER eat @pizzahut EVER again, and If you’re reading this message, you shouldn’t either! There’s too many good pizza places out there, that actually care about their customers, and their experience. That’s where my family and I will be eating from now on!

I believe my partner and I got food poisoning from their pizza/ boneless wings.
I usually don't leave reviews for a place because i have worked in customer service and can understand human error but this was an experience i wish for no one to ever have in the future.... i ordered the pizza hut bundle, 2 medium pizzas, boneless wings, and garlic bread sticks. my partner, son, and myself ate the food and later that evening i experienced severe stomach pains, and then diarrhea. my partner experienced the same the morning after. luckily my son is fine so far. i am assuming the symptoms arose from the meat lovers pizza or wings since only my partner and myself ate those. this indicates that some of their ingredients were not handled or stored properly and must have contained bacteria that made us sick. Like i said i don't leave reviews, but i just want customers that read these to be aware that ordering from this pizza hut may cause you to get sick. have researched about similar incidents and this seems pretty common with a good handful of locations. if you read this thank you for taking time to look at this novel lol. i have contacted customer support and hope to forward the issue to a store owner or manager so the issue will not persist in the future because this was an unfortunate experience 😅
