I think the chain has changed their recipe. We could not really tell the difference between hand tossed and pan only that pan was slightly darker. The crust used to be thicker a little more raised and soft on the inside. It wasn’t. The cheese and bbq pizza was very good but the meat lovers… we kept biting into pieces of gristle. Usually we don’t have any issues but I guess it was an off day yesterdays

Do not like app update as app stated pizza would be ready in 25 minutes but actually was ready in 15 and satin the warming oven foe 10 minutes and therefore was not fresh. Dislike new app...

second time ive received the wrong order for delivery. its intentional and the website has no record of these orders which makes it even more suspicious. im over it with this company.

Since when is it okay to be rude to customers and be on your phone when you’re working and talking to customers? You’re there to do your job not to record stuff. Edit to add: there was hair in my chicken wings and I find that highly disgusting.

Just ordered a medium pizza, a melt and boneless wings. The pizza and melt were both severely overcooked. I ended up throwing both in the trash and ordered from Domino's.

When I walked in to pickup my online carryout order I was immediately greeted by an unseen voice letting me know he would be right there. He was immediately up there, greeted me with a smile and a nice "how are you" also commenting on the gorgeous weather. While I did not catch his name, he was an older gentleman with a tattoo on his arm working around 12:40pm on 7-15-24. His pleasant demeanor and general attitude towards customer service made my day.
