Terrible service,
From the moment we arrived, it felt like they simply didn’t want to assist us. The staff completely ignored us for several minutes, even though the place wasn’t busy. We waited for someone to take our order, but no one seemed interested in helping.

I think the chain has changed their recipe. We could not really tell the difference between hand tossed and pan only that pan was slightly darker. The crust used to be thicker a little more raised and soft on the inside. It wasn’t. The cheese and bbq pizza was very good but the meat lovers… we kept biting into pieces of gristle. Usually we don’t have any issues but I guess it was an off day yesterdays

Do not like app update as app stated pizza would be ready in 25 minutes but actually was ready in 15 and satin the warming oven foe 10 minutes and therefore was not fresh. Dislike new app...
