Ordered a large 3 topping pizza last night. The crust was so dry and tasted like it was old, worst pizza I've ever had!!

Just picked up my cheese pizza and it looked dry and like it was aitting out not fresh at all. They have really fell off that's why its so cheap lil ceasar probably better. They need to get it together this is ridiculous. I called amd complained they did remake another pizza. I hope this one looks better then the last. The low stars makes sense. Do better as a company get your stars up.

They say they open at 9am online. Let you place an order. Then when you get there, their doors are locked till 1030. That is bad business. I'd rather use the gas to go to the one in redmill as they are so much nice and cleaner anyways.

Walked in to order the #2 personal pan,what a joke,ladybworking there gave me attitude when I said I wanted to place an order and very rudely said if it's a personal pan we can't do it,so much attitude I walked out,I would have got something else but was so mad at her attitude I left,no pizza huts in town have personal pan pizzas,way to prep for the sale

I went to Pizza Hut today for the $2 personal pan pizza deal. I had NO IDEA how badly Pizza Huts were overwhelmed with these orders. Had I known, I would not have added to the chaos by placing an order of my own- I'm so sorry! That being said, I cannot say enough good things about the people working at this location today. There were customers constantly showing up, orders coming in, phones ringing, etc., yet the two women working up front- though visibly stressed- remained calm, cool, and collected. Even more so, they were nothing but respectful and kind to the waiting customers and had a ready smile for everyone. I also want to shout out the young man in the back making pizzas. I have no idea how he was able to keep up, yet somehow he did. He was also the one who brought my order out when it was ready and handed it to me with a smile on his face. On top of all that, the pizza was delicious and ready in a timely manner, despite all the craziness. Truly- to each employee I saw there today- THANK YOU! Y'all are amazing, and I appreciate you so much!
