Place sucks they alsways take 2 hours plus to deliver cold pizza. If you order and they cancle it they don't even try and contact you. 3 times in a row now I've gotten cold food and this time I didn't even get food. What a trashy place. Alsways says they only have 1 driver close this place down. It's about time.Update since my last post. This place still sucks. They have gotten faster service but there pizza is alsways burnt to a crisp and falls apart. Cooperate needs to jump in at this point.

Went to the Lynnhaven location and they're out of cheese,.so I go to the Holland location and they're out of mushrooms and green pepper.. Inquired about the Hawaiian pizza and the cashier was non responsive with zero personality and acted like she didn't want to be there. Won't be back.

I had to at least give one star but I did not want to. I ordered my food and literally 10 seconds later I tried to call and revise my order. The lady did not let me because she said it was already in the oven. It was about 4 pizzas so I don't know how it was already in the oven. They ended up not even giving me the right order. Almost everything was wrong. They were also out of wings and the time before that when I ordered they were out of breadsticks. The pizzas we did get were undercooked. I've given this place many chances and they fail everytime.

This location has gone significantly down hill since the New year began. It was actually beginning to look good towards the last few months of 2022 once Rachel left.To start theres all new staff, they can’t seem to Keep employees - people who have worked there for a long time as of December are gone. (Including my favorite cook).The last few times I’ve ordered food from here with my family it’s delivered cold or short on toppings or when using the app it’s been unavailable to order.At Shipps corner the New management is not friendly. Now the hours are only 3pm-11pm everyday?? That’s very inconvenient for anyone who wants to order during lunch. There used to be a male manger i think his name was Matt and a girl named Marie that was Always very friendly even when the store was busy. Since they left the store hasn’t been the same. (I will now go out of my way to order from another Pizza Hut)

today i ordered a family pizza box the order came up to $36.99 my son had a coupon for 30% off so we had to order more for delivery anyway i didnt get everything i ordered I called and spoke with the manager Anthony on holland road in virginia beach he is very rude he needs some edicate classes or something cause ai will not order there anymore because of him.thank you.

I went in for a pick up order and was very impressed with the staff! I talked to a young lady and 2 gentlemen who were all helpful and very friendly. I work at a restaurant too so I felt bad coming in so close to closing to place an order but they weren’t short with me at all

I ordered pizza worth $60.66 waited for over an hour and no pizza show up at my door, my dauand my daughter in-law went there to see what happen , and fi d out there's no employee inside the store, there's some other people there too, to pickup there pizza but, end up walking around the back kitchen and all over the store and they didn't find anybody. Why even have online order open if they can't serve? and no employee in the store?
