i placed an order over the phone at 6:41pm on 11/16/2024 SAVANNAH (girl with no uniform on) took my order but before she took my order she had me on hold for 30 min then she hung up on me and i called back i told her she hung up she said “i know obviously you were going to call back”. so i went to pick up my food. her attitude was nasty as all get out. she was so unprofessional and looks like she rolled out of bed. won’t EVER go back to that location

The owner of this store is extremely foolish. I was going to spend $65.72 on food when i was ready to complete my order online there was a delivery charge? Really? My house is less than 5 min away. The owner needs to learn what is more important making dollars or chasing pennies and losing out on big money orders.

On 9/12/24 Me and Maurice (general manager) got to fussing on the phone. My order was messed up from the day before.... he was very combative and rude.... I ended up hanging up on him because he was too sassy for me and the conversation was going no where... ... I was having a good day until my spirit came in contact with his... now I'm out of 16.00 but I bet I won't come back

Pulled up. The only person there was outside talking on her phone and smoking. Waited a long time. She finally went inside. Came in and she wasn't there. Waited, waited, nothing. She never came to the counter. Place looks all run down now. Portable A/C, no drinks in the cooler, messy, disorganized.. left without my pizza.
I ordered food, just for the pizza hut to end up closed, so we drove to pick up the food and now we have zero food and I have to wait up to a week for my refund. Idk why pizza hut let's people place orders for closed buildings but it's very inconvenient and irritating for me to be charged and not get anything and then have to wait days to even be refunded. Ruined my kids pizza night that's for sure

I want to shout out to the Holland Road location! I was truly impressed by my recent order at Pizza Hut. The food was delicious, but I would have liked the bone-in wings to be cooked a little longer for extra crispiness. Although I usually order boneless wings, they were labeled as "Sold Out". Please continue being the best!

I really like pizza hut but they force me to order from this specific location everytime I need it delivered, regardless that there is another location a half mile further up the road. For this I have to say goodbye to pizza hut. I ordered wings from Calz right after i ordered the pizza, which is twice the distance from my home and I received them 45 minutes before my pizza arrived. Now my son is sitting here hungry while my daughter has already finished her meal.
