Pizza Hut Express

I ordered at 5pm and the food did not arrive until 7:48pm. Nearly 3 hours later, needless to say it was DISGRACEFUL! The pizza was cold, old and had definitely been sitting. The breadsticks were hard and cold. I had called the only number associated with the store multiple times only to be constantly redirected to a call center. Never ever again will I order from this chain.

Over all my kids like the food that they did receive, my issue is the fact that I order last night while at work only to come home this morning and find out all my food wasn’t delivered I ordered four melts with the side we I spoke to my kids they informed me that all the food ain’t show and the driver handed them one bag with two platters out of the 4 I tried reaching out to the store and driver and got nowhere since I ordered online and Pizza Hut hired an third party delivery person now it’s a day later and i wasted my money so it’s safe to say they will not get my business again nor will I be recommending anyone to them
