What appeared to be the manager took our order on August 29, 2025. She was snappy with my teenage nieces as they were trying to decide. She got very accusatory when we requested ranch dressing for the baby’s chicken nuggets. Implying we just wanted ranch dressing. As much as we spent, I could have easily paid the extra 50 cents for the dressing🤔 We just wanted what should have come with the meal. Informed us the dressing was home made but we all know restaurants usually just add ranch seasoning packet to a gallon of mayo🤪No wonder the place hardly had any customers. The first person you meet when you go into a restaurant should definitely be professional with a pleasant demeanor. Sorry if she was just having a bad day but if you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen; even when the food is just simmering. One star for great pizza and salad!

Been going to Planet for a little while now. Food never disappoints, and the staff are always lovely. We met Nita today and she kindly took a picture of my folks and myself and gave us a free postcard. Hospitality at it’s best ❤️ absolutely recommend
Food was 10/10 and was ready quickly. Photographer came and took pictures, she’s very sweet and friendly. The pictures turned out amazing as well.
