I visited Planet Pizza twice during my trip to Virginia Beach, and received great food and service each time. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The first time, my daughter and I ordered a pizza and wings to share. The second time, my daughter got a mini pizza and I got a turkey sub. We loved everything!

What appeared to be the manager took our order on August 29, 2025. She was snappy with my teenage nieces as they were trying to decide. She got very accusatory when we requested ranch dressing for the baby’s chicken nuggets. Implying we just wanted ranch dressing. As much as we spent, I could have easily paid the extra 50 cents for the dressing🤔 We just wanted what should have come with the meal. Informed us the dressing was home made but we all know restaurants usually just add ranch seasoning packet to a gallon of mayo🤪No wonder the place hardly had any customers. The first person you meet when you go into a restaurant should definitely be professional with a pleasant demeanor. Sorry if she was just having a bad day but if you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen; even when the food is just simmering. One star for great pizza and salad!
