We really enjoy going to Plaza Azteca. The chips are so tasty with the red sauce and also the white sauce and they are served to you as soon as you are seated. The Mexican food is always delicious and we especially like the Fajitas and Enchiladas! Service is fast and friendly. We like to go during the Happy Hour to get Margaritas at a special price. The many times that we have gone we have never had a problem getting a table. We have always been seated immediately.

Went to this supposedly “4.2” star food establishment last night with my family because bahama breeze was further away and i was honestly too tired to drive there.. so yeah we ended up coming here. This is also our first time excluding my sister dining here. We came in and got seated then the nightmare started. The server showed a lack of decorum with his attitude. The service was horrible and distasteful as if a gun was put to his head for serving us. He gave no feedback on anything we asked about like he just walked into the establishment and impersonated a worker. The food was mid if not below basic. The drinks were basura. I don’t know how people support bottom barrel business and bottom barrel food. At the end of the day, he lucked out on a tip. Hope he was grateful. Never supporting this location again however.

We've been eating at Plaza Azteca on Providence for a long time. We knew this restaurant was here but never stopped. Today we did. Maybe not as fancy as the Providence location but the food was better. The chips were better. The red sauce was better. The white sauce was better. The rice was better. The enchiladas were better. The shredded beef in the enchiladas was better. The flan was better. The steak was better. I was surprised. We called the manger over to compliment the food. We learned he's been there for 26 years and tastes the food everyday all day to make sure everything is up to his standards. I could taste his standards. We will be back.

Decided to try because they had Birria tacos on the menu. They were delicious. Flavorful with an amazing consume sauce. We also got the queso, world recommend both. Crunchy dense chips help up well with queso. Tried the strawberry pineapple daiquiri and omg yum! Good salsa! My friend got island punch March special drink and recommends! Great, fast, service. Good music and ambience but a little loud. Would go again!
