Really good beer and a cool place too. Some beers are limited batches that are amazing.

Wanted to stop by and bring my dog for a fun trivia event I wanted to attend. Did a Google search that said they were dog friendly. Okay, great! A couple references said they were. I try to call to confirm - always great to hear from the source themselves. Since they have NOTHING on their Facebook or website. No answer. Okay, well other references said they were, so I’ll go. I get there and get kicked from the front side (where the event I wanted to participate in was) and told to go to the back room, because that’s the only spot where dogs were allowed. Where I couldn’t participate in trivia. “That’s just our policy.”Okay, then put your policies on your website. On your Facebook. Or at least answer your phone? Terrible business approach, not providing customers with the necessary information. If you have a policy, maybe allow your customers to be informed of what it is before walking through the doors? I wouldn’t have shown up to the event with my dog had I been able to access the policy information before driving 30 minutes to attend.

We went Friday night for music bingo and great beer!! We had a very good time and my husband enjoyed his Double Mudder beer while I enjoyed mine. Nice crowd for music Bingo and the staff is the BEST!!!

Beer is good.. but They have a beautiful sand shuffle board and the last 10 times that I've been there in 6 months. They have not had the sand. When you go to a brewery, you like to be able to do things while drinking beer. Why have such a beautiful sand shuffleboard and not to be able to have sand. Sand is not that expensive. I have a board at home and sand can come the next day. Amazon.

The beers better be damn good to make up for the service. The ambiance is ‘strip-mall chic’ and the single bartender couldn’t be bothered- too busy to take a second to talk about the beers for new customers. When ordering a flight, the bartender’s ’just give me the numbers, HON’ was both off-putting and sexist. Available beers were on the screen only, without any kind of written list or description. While flights are available, there’s no opportunity to write out what you want. Instead, he’ll impatiently stand in front of you while waiting to scribble them on the flight board. Cute flight boards of 3 or 5 selections play on the pleasure “house” theme.Thank you sir, but I WON’T have another. Instead, I’ll take my time, and my dollar, to an establishment that values me as a customer. Peace-out Pleasure (adjacent) House. More pleasure is found elsewhere...

Since moving to VA Beach and discovering Pleasure House Brewing shortly afterwards, I continue to go about once a week usually in the afternoon. The beers are great! I love most of their IPAs and I enjoy their stouts and porters. My favorite IPA is Hail and Farewell.I enjoy talking with the bartenders, Kevin and Tim, and getting to know other regulars. I know the evenings are much busier, but I like the mid-afternoon visits during the week because it is quiet and a little more laid back.

We recently moved from the area, I never realized how much I’d miss a brewery. Great people, great beer. Will make the drive for them

We hosted my friends baby shower at Pleasure House a couple weeks ago and it was such a great experience!! They were so responsive via email about any questions we had and sent pictures quickly if they needed to. The private room was the perfect size for a small shower, and I've been here for a birthday party in the private room before as well. Outside of private events, they have really great beer and plenty of space to hang out, spread out with friends, and chill. Shark Tears is my favorite thing on the menu, and they usually have some new variations of it or a seltzer on tap as well.

I came to Pleasure House Brewing most Wednesdays for a year straight for weekly trivia. I think the beers are decent, and the atmosphere is pretty wonderful - especially on the back patio where dogs are allowed. Trivia is fun if you actually want time to socialize - about 1 question every 10 minutes with a wagering system that seems unique and fun.

We played in the Corn hole league here, and it pray the sweet young lady behind the counter did her best to accommodate me when I found out my favorite beer had been taken off the menu, I really appreciated that. The staff have always been nice. I like how they host trivia and music bingo as well. :)
