What a let down!! I did a mobile order- 3 protein with spicy salmon...none of it was spicy. I got spicy mayo and the Wasabi sauce. Was it forgotten? Wrong sauce? No idea but absolutely NO spice. My partner who is a ketchup-is-spicy girl was able to eat it and detect no spice. I had added garlic crunches..they were not in the bowl. The picked radish came in the form of 5 meager slices. Even though it was the 3 protein bowl there was not much salmon- something I considered from other reviews and thought would fix the lack of protein. Nope. For over 20 dollars I got about 1$ worth of fish and a bunch of rice. The worst part is the salmon was poor quality. I get better farm raised fish from kroger and wegmans. This place is TRASH. My hopes were so high but please swerve this place. There's a reason the reviews are so low. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Place is mid. Food was okay, not bad by any means. Got 2 signature bowls and gyoza with tip, $45. Other local spots places seem to have more toppings and are the same price. I prefer elsewhere.

I’ve tried to order at this location twice now around 11-11:30am and both times they have cancelled my orders. I don’t know what’s going on with this location these days.

I tried to go in at 5:41pm before they closed at 6:00 but their door was locked. I saw workers inside and they saw me, but wasn't welcomed in.
I love Poke but that's not a great first impression.

I’ve ordered here two different times around 11:30am when they are supposed to be open and they’ve canceled our order both times. I understand if you aren’t open but at least update your hours.

Wonderful ambience.

Pay the extra money to get a high quality, like Zeke’s Beans and Bowls. These bowls are 85% rice and toppings. You’ll run out of protein and end up with a bowl of rice. At Zeke’s you may run out of rice and have plenty of protein (tuna) left. Even Wegman’s has great poké bowls. Fresh Market is good as well. The service was good.

The poke really wasn't that good, especially compared to what their competitors are serving. Also the shumai was reheated in a toaster oven then given to me still ice cold in the center.

Delicious poke! Their rice is nice and fluffy! The salmon and tuna is of great quality and tastes amazing! We did the catering option Absolutely amazing. The display looks great in our party. For the taste, let’s just say that the poke did not last long! It was gone fast.

First time visiting. They carry many options but went with “Build Your Own” 2 protein (tuna and salmon) and all the toppings and extras I could possibly add. Bowl was delicious! Very easy to order using pad. Ingredients super fresh and customer service is excellent. Clean establishment. Paid about $25 for the bowl, a Coke, and tip—can’t beat that! Very pleased and will return.

Update: The manager, Kevin, called me within 30 minutes of my review and offered to make a new bowl on our next visit. Excellent customer service!Update #2: Went back the next day to have my daughter’s bowl replaced. Gentleman working there was polite and very helpful! Everything was perfect! Food was great! Thank you Kevin!Came home, opened the bag, opened the bowl…..wrong protein/fish!! Ordered double tuna, but got double salmon!! Went in around 5:40, (called in at 5:59) and they closed at 6:00, so one family member doesn’t have a meal to eat. Frustrating!!
