Pollard's Chicken

They got our work order wrong on July 25th missing several items, wrong items,no condiments. Called to explain our order mistakes guy on phone was very dry I asked if i get a credit for my order he got silent. I called back phone call was disconnected twice third time phone rang busy. Finally talked to manager and he said come by and he'll replace my order I told him I would be there after 8 I got there at 8:35 they closed at 8:30 the manager COULD have let me know they closed at 8:30. In reading Google reviews I see alot of dissatisfied customers 🤬

For deliveries, they need to learn to pop the cartons that have the food so the steam don’t make a mushy and tasteless

only a hand full in each large container.

Got a call from my grandfather to ask to go get him some liver,rice and onions Because i am closer to them. To get to my grandfather house on the other side of Virginia Beach to find out that his order was wrong there was no gravy on liver and rice and they told me that was nothing they can do about it. As if they did not even care that they messed up my order and now was inconvenience me. He looked me directly in my face and said he’s only doing what he was told not to put your customers first as if I was lying about some gravy.

Omg went here on May 8th at 7:00 pm and had the best fried gizzard dinner in my life I don’t know who cooked these but they where cooked perfect food was perfectly heated it was delicious who ever you had working there at this time hope you can keep. I will definitely be back next week or maybe couple days hum hum good

My mother, Aunt and myself ordered 3 dine in lunch specials that we had to wait a hour for. The only reason we got it in that time was because my Mom went up to the counter to ask where our food was. She had to go up there multiple times because there was absolutely no communication from the front counter. DO NOT order from the kiosk, apparently the cooks in the back do not receive the orders from there. The cashier (a white gentleman with shoulder length brown hair) was unhelpful and unapologetic. If you want Pollards, go to any other location than this one.

This place is garbage! THE food was horrible now maybe the grease was old but chicken was RUBBERY the mac & cheese look like box no love in cooking at this place custmer service was garbage then there is a tip jar on the counter I got a tip for you... STAY OUT OF DARK ALLEYS AT NIGHT. GOT DAMN! I JUST WANTED SOME WINGS FRESH OUT THE GREASE LIKE I HAD ASK FOR didint thing I'd had to check behind them well you lost a custmer 4sho!

The location at great neck and the blvd is the best… the people there are so kind!!!! Recommend!!!!!!
