ordered gizzards and they mixed livers into it. told them about it and got the response of it happens just put it to the side and eat the rest. the guy was rude about it.

I haven't been to Pollards Chicken in about 20 years. My wife and I will definitely eat here again very soon.

I've been a loyal customer of Pollard's Chicken for years and usually love their food — it's consistently delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was completely unacceptable. I was served raw, half-cooked chicken, and to make matters worse, I discovered it in front of my peers while we were eating together.

It was extremely embarrassing and honestly a health risk. I never expected something like this from a place I trust and recommend to others.

Mistakes happen, but undercooked poultry is a serious issue. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper food safety checks are in place moving forward. I’d like to continue supporting Pollard’s, but this really shook my confidence.

I had corn pudding which was good and the potato salad delicious think that The chicken could have been seasoned a little bit better but overall it was a good meal for the price oh and not to mention the coconut cake. Which was delicious

Have been going here for 20 plus years the chicken and gizzards we were served had to come from the smallest chickens I've ever seen. The nice woman who took our order was polite and professional it's too bad the kitchen staff wasn't as good as the cashier/waiter. Before leaving the gentleman to our right was served very big portions of chicken. Sorry to say this will be our last experience here it is also our Anniversary and where we chose to go. Lesson learned stick to seafood!

Food was great, but all the tables were dirty and floors sticky. Cashier was texting on her personal cell phone texting while taking our order. Also spoke very quietly and was not friendly.

Not the service I am accustomed to at Pollards. Used to be much better.

Tasty chicken at a reasonable price given the current state of affairs.

The location at great neck and the blvd is the best… the people there are so kind!!!! Recommend!!!!!!
