It took a long time to place my order. Even when I was waiting there was no follow up on. After placed my order I was still missing my side items. So I turned around and return back and went inside when I mentioned it to the associates they seemed irritated.

Ordered a spicy crispy chicken bacon and cheese sandwich with a side of Cajun fries Chicken was barely lukewarm, fries were limp and barely warm. Definitely was disappointed. My mom had to wait even longer for her fried chicken combo at least that was hot.

Service sucks. They sell chicken, but they never have chicken ready whether there are 5 cars in the drive thru lane or zero. They wait until after you pay for your food to tell you they’re out of whatever you ordered and try to offer you something else. They ask you to pull into a parking spot and wait for your food, then they forget to bring you your food.
Highly recommend this Popeyes, amazing customer service, amazing atmosphere, and the honey lemon pepper wings were made on point and to a complete satisfaction ? ? ??????????
Ordered a 3 piece meal and was served a back a wing and half a wing.It was mostly breading. What meat there was was kind of dry. Not worth $12.00

I stopped today to eat at popeyes on Lynn haven parkway in Virginia beach. I had an hour before I had to be at my next stop. I sat in line (drive through) for 30 minutes, as I drive by the staff was stand around doing nothing. There were multible cars in line and they were not even takin orders. Went through the drive thru and was told to park. Sat in the parking spot for 10 minutes before I decided to walk in to see what was going on. No one knew what my order was or what I was talking about. I of course wasn't handed a receipt so I wasn't able to show them my order. One of the worker tries to imply I was lying and asks the guy at the drive thru window if he remembers me, thankfully he did. So i retell them my order and then have to sit and wait for another 30 minutes for my food. No exaggeration it took me 40 minutes in total to get my food. Mr david or davis (cant remember his name) did a good job trying to assist me and make sure i get my food as fast as he could. 30 minutes into waiting I just wanted a refund so I could get food else where but the manager wasn't in the store so i wasn't able to get one. Just an absolutely awful experience
