Horrible horrible horrible! My food was ICE COLD, and the kid at the window was extremely rude, and was behaving in a low class manner. Will never be back..

All around bad experience with this Popeyes. Poor service from the kid working the drive thru. They forgot to give me my drink. My chicken that I got was room temperature and the mash potatoes had an off flavor like it was freezer burnt. I could see the kitchen from the drive through window and it was very dirty with food and trash all over the floor. I ended up just throwing everything away.

OMG! The Manager Arthur Anderson was outstanding! He had unfortunately been short staffed and his crew was stellar! It was only a momentary delay and Arthur comped our entire meal. We had a Coupon that his system didn’t recognize and he couldn’t have been a better host. Our lunch experience was absolutely the best!

They 9 times out of 10 will have not so great service but food is always good. This last time I went was the worst yet. Arrived around 8, only person in the drive thru... got to the widow was told the tenders would be ready in 6 min and to wait in the lot. I'm sitting there waiting for 15-20 min, I roll back thru the drive thru... they say now we waiting on the mash!! I go wait again for another 10-15. Still nothing so I go in the lobby and y'all there were others who were waiting and they hadn't even started on mine. From my observation it was one young high school looking guy that wasn't doing his job and getting in others way. There were 2 other young high school looking girls and they were doing orders for the lobby while he was supposed to be doing the drive thru...which I feel did not fit his skill set. Y'all do better, stop scheduling young folk with no adult to keep them in line on a busy Friday night!!

Attitude immediately as I approached the counter. Asked the employee if I did something to her as the reason for the mean mugging I got from her. She just rolled her eyes and didn't say anything. Always an issue at this Popeyes ????

Worst Popeye’s. Do not go to this branch. The wait time is like going to a fine dining (1 hour) with pathetic service and food just came from the freezer.

The last time I got food from their drive-thru, they forgot my fries, gave me a stale roll, mashed potatoes without gravy, and the wrong drink. This was back in April and I didn't bother to call and complain.

When I pulled into the drive-thru today, I got no response whatsoever on the speaker. I sat there for 10 minutes, saying "Hello" and trying to get a response. Finally, I hear over the speaker a man’s voice saying, "Yeah, we ain't gonna serve no white girls." Well, okay, message received. I won't be coming here again.

I ordered from here on Uber eats and they told me they could not fulfill my order and that I needed to cancel my order but still got charged. Uber eats couldn't refund me because the store said they were preparing my order. You should probably never order food online from there.

I don’t know how this location is still in business. I haven’t been here in 5 yrs so thought maybe they got better since I was last here since they are still open. Nope! They are so incredibly slow. Workers don’t seem to know what they are doing or want to be there. Food was cold. 20 minutes in the drive thru with 2 people in front of me both whom sat at the speaker like I did forever before the girl took the order. It’s like the cashier doesn’t know how to multi task. Lesson learned, should have never came back.

Okay place to get a piece of chicken. Ordered two to piece chicken meal combos for $25. Four pieces of chicken, two rolls, one half cup serving each of mashed potatoes & cole slaw, & two fountain drinks. IMHO a little steep for what you get.

I have ordered from this location on Doordash three times and have been jipped out all three times. They also never get the food right.

The first time I ordered their 12 mix n' match wings (12 boneless honey bbq w/ ranch) with cajun fries, a frozen mango lemonade, and a classic chicken sandwich. Never received the fries or the lemonade and the sandwich was so cold, it felt like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator...$30

The second time I ordered their 12 mix n' match wings (6 boneless sweet n spicy, 6 boneless honey bbq with ranch) and a sandwich and they told me they didn't have any wings, so they gave me two plain chicken breasts and a small little cup of bbq sauce that barely covered one breast - no ranch...$35

Now tonight, I ordered two plain spicy wings for their BOGO deal, and only got one box, which is 3 pieces of chicken for $15.

I will never be ordering from them ever again. Such a waste of money. I could have bought 10 BAGS of chicken at Walmart and made it myself for the amount of money I have wasted at this location. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will be greatly disappointed.

Let me start by saying that this store is always busy which I am not mad at. The manager being low key racist towards their own people is my problem. I came to pick up an order. They refused to look at my order or give me an estimation of how long it would take. This white woman came through. Same deal. Not only did the same manager ask to see the name of their order, but proceeded to ask if they’d like a drink while they wait. I can’t make this up. So now I am mad. I said loudly you didn’t even look at the name and I was clearly here before her. That’s when someone else helped me and the manager pretended as if he didn’t hear me and asked me who was I waiting for. I should have asked for his name. Tall, skinny, old and with glasses and short hair. No beard. Do better.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only two cars ahead ofe to find out they have no sandwiches. Worst Popeyes ever
