Poppa's Pub & Restaurant

Love this place! The servers are great! The food is delicious. The jukebox makes for a happy atmosphere. The only drawback for me is the cigarette smoke because I am allergic. Our favorite servers are Dianna, Ron & Val. Love the Happy Hour drink specials and the daily food specials. When we can stay up late enough the live music is always a good time. The Manager Heather is very accommodating and tries out food recommendations.

We were in town visiting our son. He lived around the corner and we heard the band playing. Decided to stop by. Super cool atmosphere. We didn't eat, just came to listen to bands and have a drink. By far best Bloody Mary! We had a great night and the staff was awesome. Definitely cool little place! We will going back when we come back to see our son!

This a great little hole in the wall bar. We always have a great time. There is always a good band playing the food is good and the drinks are cheap!

Totally disrespectful wait staff only good service goes to those who live there so if you don't frequent this bar on a regular basis pick another place. Only had two beers a piece due to the fact no waitress came to our table and the one behind the bar wasn't any better. Walking back and forth behind the bar trying to look busy and really doing nothing at all. The band was a huge joke my grandson could have sang better. Maybe they were to drunk I don't know. Huge disappointment for Friday night because with different staff on prior visits we did have a good time.

If you like roaches in your food, that absolute place to go is actually the nastiest kitchen in Virginia Beach. Don’t believe me I wanna hang out around the kitchen for a little while.

Great place to unwind with some live music, pool, & some drinks. Smoking cigarettes is allowed inside. Poppa's Pub is cool af & lots of parking. The place is easy to find.

Thought I’d try a new place to grab some wings tonight and my god was the sweet chili Daytona wings were on spot! The place was ROCKED OUT WITH A LIVE BAND. For MY PEOPLE… don’t be alarm the bikers won’t beat you up nor kick you out,lol they’re very welcoming here and with that I had to leave these lovely people a great review. Thanks to the waiter for helping me decide on which wings to get she was great help! I’d be back POPPA!

Going through a tough time right now and came here to get myself outside and honestly great people. Love the energy and even though they were short staffed they still killed it!! Definitely would be coming back. Shout out to the Chef and waitresses. ♥️
