Really cute coffee shop. Great coffee, service, and atmosphere. I’m visiting from out of town but this will be my spot whenever I’m in the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Project Seed Cafe is a Filipino-inspired cafe with really good drinks. The ube latte and pandan drink were both solid. The ube pandesal was okay, but still worth trying. Service was super quick and everyone was friendly. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated, and they also have some cute merch.

I live around the corner from this coffee shop. It's a great place to just sit and have a nice cup of coffee. I came here on a Friday and it was not crowded. I had the Pan de Sal with cream cheese and Halaya and the Salted egg yolk custard latte. The latte was delicious and doesn't contain any eggs...

I’ve never been to the Philippines, but oh man can they flavor up some coffee. My favorite is Turon Latte with Ube flavor added to it. The second is the Chai Latte. I get to sit down and slow down for a bit while it brews. Erene always welcomes me with a big smile! I’m so glad that you all have expanded into a larger shop! Oh and the breads and pastries are always a good to have with a coffee.

very cute coffee shop!! i got one of their holidays drinks, the white chocolate pistachio latte, and it was excellent!! they were very busy but made my friend and i’s orders quickly!

I love coming to Project Seed Coffee. So many unique flavors and choices. The staff is always willing to explain what the different drinks are like. I always get something different and it’s great every time!

If anyone leaves a bad review for this place, trust me — they’re the problem, not the business. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. This has been my spot for date days with my husband, catching up with friends, and even meetings.

The atmosphere is bright, light, and friendly — the kind of vibe that instantly lifts your whole day. The food and drinks have unique, thoughtful flavors you can’t find anywhere else. If you’re not used to exotic or Asian fusion flavors, it might surprise you — but as a Filipina who craves these tastes, I’m SO happy we finally have a place like this.

I’ve brought friends from all kinds of backgrounds here, and everyone found something they loved. If you’re ever unsure what to order, just ask — they give great recommendations.
