Project Seed Cafe is a Filipino-inspired cafe with really good drinks. The ube latte and pandan drink were both solid. The ube pandesal was okay, but still worth trying. Service was super quick and everyone was friendly. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated, and they also have some cute merch.

My family has been enjoying their delicious offerings since they were a door delivery coffee service only and now they have their newest location right on Baxter Rd near Mount Trash More
Ample parking in lot and plenty of seating inside.

I live around the corner from this coffee shop. It's a great place to just sit and have a nice cup of coffee. I came here on a Friday and it was not crowded. I had the Pan de Sal with cream cheese and Halaya and the Salted egg yolk custard latte. The latte was delicious and doesn't contain any eggs...
