Q-Master Billiards

Have been coming here for a few years, had the worst experience with service last night and won’t be coming back. The redheaded girl in the front bartending didn’t take our order for over an hour while we were waiting for our pool table and when I went to ask the other server if I could order a couple drinks for our table, she wasn’t allowed to serve us. Instead, she asked the redhead girl who hadn’t taken our order to. I was told to have “patience and virtue”. I had patience and virtue for over an hour and was nothing but respectful. Shook that off, thought she was having a bad day. Tipped her 25%. Then we went to our table after the long wait and service was slow all night. We waited over 45 minutes before I had to go find my server and instead of doing her job, she had been sitting at the bar all night talking to some dude/friend. Rolled her eyes at me when I said we would all like to pay. Tipped her 25%, hope they enjoyed the last tips they’ll be getting from me and the group I brought.

If there is a wait, just go home. They will seat you in whatever order they want. Not the order you come in.

Always a good time! Food is amazing! Drinks are delicious and strong. Staff is always amazing. Atmosphere is great for any and all occasions.

This place is legendary. Ive traveled the world playing billiards and this is a must visit pool hall for anyone that loves the game. Staff is awesome, food and drinks are killer, I travel almost 2hrs to come play here from NC regularly.

The bartender was a very pleasent young lady, definitely an asset to Q Masters but I did not catch her name. She did a good job.
I actually went to eat but changed my mind when I saw the prices. $10 for an order of onion rings and $15 for a hamburger.
Ouch!
If I were into shooting pool regularly or wanted to join a league, I would choose Q Masters as my place to go, no doubt.
I went on a weeknight and could not believe the number of people who were in there, and it wasn't just a bunch of young people, there were older people there also.
I don't see how it couldn't be a place to mingle and perhaps make new friends.
