We enjoyed our evening at Quemar, but it did not live up to the hype. It is very dark, but that's just me talkin'. Others may like it that way. The bar is very cozy, with plush sofas and chairs. Isaiah (bartender) was great, very friendly and the drinks were really good. We hit Quemar on an extended happy hour night so what's not to like? Once we moved to the dining room things changed somewhat. Our waiter wasn't pleased with our behavior, as we hadn't...
Great spot for a date. The rotating cocktail flight was amazing, as were the margaritas and palomas. The burritos and fish were also delicious. Amazing authentic/inspired Latin American food and yuca frita!
Where do i start.. The food being the absolute best, because it's gourmet, Healthy! The staff was, in and of itself, an experience of the ultimate kind of elegance, and the atmosphere was down low lights, and once you adjusted, everything was in a whole other space
