I came here on vacation and stopped in the drive-thru to grab something to eat. The lady at the windows tells me there's a 10 minute wait because the computer was down. I circle around the building and decided to pull up to the menu to look at it while I'm waiting. She proceeds to tell me to get out of my car and walk up to the window because I was running up her time. She was extremely rude.

I love late night meals there even though I shouldn't get them funnel cake fries and a burger. They are like a whole funnel cake without going to the oceanfront to get them. Thanks customer service is awesome.

They are out of ice cream every single time I come. I come once a week and it used to be they were just out of chocolate but now they are out of ice cream completely. This happens every single time I come.

On line order.. OMG the chicken bites where old as heck and I couldn't eat them. They were hard and tough. I tried to take the coating off but then was left with nothing. I'm glad I had a coupon or I would really be pissed. I would have taken our food back but it took them forever to acknowledge us to begin with. The manager was useless,all she did was put the condiments on the buns and walk back and forth. The older lady was doing all the running around, maybe she should be the manager. I'm glad the manager didn't make our food because I witnessed her wipe her nose and touch other things without changing her gloves.

Always great customer service! I’m not a fan of the automated ordering at the drive thru but they will help if asked. Ordering at the window is nice. Not of fan of the chicken bites but like everything else I’ve tried.
Parking: This place is really designed to be a drive thru place and only have 6 parking spots and 1 handicap spot.

There is this one young girl with dreads that needs to be fired TODAY. I was explaining how I was having trouble hearing the automatic voice in the drive through and she became very condescending and rude towards me and my family in the car. I pull around and she hands me my ice cream with deliberate attitude and it came close to falling out of my hand. Even her coworker said she was having a rough day and apologized for her attitude. I then had to pull around and wait 20 minutes to get my food while everyone else got theirs and drove right past me. All I ordered was a hamburger and a vanilla cone.
