I go here at least two-four times a week and the morning crew is there to help take care me the manger Janine is so kind and when I order thru the app she always make sure it’s ready when I get there. I just want to say the whole morning crew Marianne, Amanda, Karl, Nana, Aliya, Chrisshauna, they all deserve a raise they are awesome and I’m thankful for y’all. Keep it up.

The people here are so nice. I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food chains, but I came to this restaurant last night and again this afternoon. I have to say, the quality of the food was exactly the same—perfect! Consistency is key here. The food is so fresh, it’s crazy.

I stop at this hood Rally's, on 7-8-25, I bought a combo 1, their shake machine was broke, so I got a drink. I paid 15.30 for the order, but didn't have .30 cents. The old manager was rude, loud and disrespectful to me, for know reason. I paid cash and wanted to use both my credit cards. She curse me out, and said forget it , I'll pay the 30 cents. I'm the only customer in drive-thru and the rude old manager started yelling at me , all she had to do was take the 30cents from the cash, and charge the balance on both my cards. I only paid $15. The food was cold and disgusting, that lady is very rude.

Usually a somewhat decent experience, my family comes here every time we go to the beach with minor issues this time however they tried to serve my brother uncooked chicken which frankly is a little dangerous, got multiple orders wrong likely due to an employee taking orders with an AirPod in one ear, and when I got my food it was wrong and then when fixed I got it cold. I’m not sure what’s going on here but this place ain’t it. Bathrooms are also constantly nasty and or out of order.

The worst experience at Rallys I've ever had. We came around 9pm on a Tuesday night. Asked for a sundae and we were told they have no ice cream. We asked, Milkshakes? They said no. None. Then ordered 2 $4 meals, upsized to medium. Then they told us well we do have vanilla and banana shakes. Ok, banana please. Pull up, the total was $17. For 2 $4 meals and 1 $4 shake. 4+4+4=12, so it costs $2 to upsize? Get to the window, get handed two SMALL drinks and asked to pull forward. She fixed the drinks, okay, thanks for giving us what we asked and paid for!!! Sat and waited about 10 minutes only for the guy to bring HALF our order. We were missing the shake, the apple pies. So we go back around. Tell them what's missing, okay, pull forward AGAIN and wait another 10 min for them to only give us one apple pie and a melted milkshake.. at that point I gave up and said I don't have time for this. So we left, tried to call the next day to express how bad the experience was and couldn't even get anyone the phone after calling 4x.
