I had just finished a 4 mile walk on the boardwalk and was very hungry. Chubbs was across the street from my hotel, so it seemed like a good choice. Was seated and served promptly. However, the eggs in my omelet were crispy and the meat was dry and flavorless. Disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely one of my favorite spots in VB!! Known previously as Ray Ray's also the famous spot where Tony Hawk went for breakfast after Jackalope Fest🤣🤣 Chubbs for the win!
Chubbs is the newest hot spot in Virginia Beach! Stellar service every visit and the food is phenomenal. Not to mention the rotating specials do not disappoint, you have to get the new specials while you can. Delicious and a fun time every visit!

Amazing Place! We had an amazing waitress her name is Georgia! She said it was her first day and that was hard to believe. This is a great hire and they are lucky to have her. Food was great! Atmosphere was great! This is truly the hidden gem here. Will definitely be returning… thank you Georgia. Keep smiling!

The blonde bartender had the BEST service!! Very quick and attentive, she's my favorite at the beach! Make sure to ask for the slushies and add rum ;)

If the food wasn’t amazing, the service was even better. A place that makes you feel at home, away from home. Greatest people we’ve met yet in VA Beach.
We were hoping for a nice local experience. The hostess sat us immediately and we were ignored by the wait staff for almost 20 minutes. Then, when we asked a waitress in our area, if we were her table, she gave us a nasty answer. Finally, someone comes over to take our order. The food comes out cold. Our waiter just kept disappearing. Not the experience we were hoping for.
I will not be going back.
