Great food. Very welcoming by Donna the host, but unfortunately, the bartender provided subpar service. The blonde bartender needs to improve her hospitality skills and greet guests with a more positive demeanor. She seemed indifferent and neglected us for an extended period while we were seated at the bar.

Charming spot that opened at 8. It was a bummer that items on the daily specials were not available and the jam on the bacon jam omelette was missing. The stacked pancakes were good and the service was friendly and efficient.

so a group of my friends and i wanted to check someplace out to get brunch for my birthday, and after looking for inexpensive options that weren't fast food, i suggested that our group visited chubb's. google maps still shows chubb's as ray ray's at the mayflower when you look at the establishment on street view, but it has since been renamed to chubbs. we were a little confused because of this and i even almost thought the establishments were two different...
