So, we went there on the evening of Christmas Day. Because of that, and their being short staffed, it's not really fair to be completely judgmental. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. The facility seemed worn and the restaurant could probably use a bit of work as our table's urethane coating was peeling and the entrance/foyer of the building also appeared worn. it was a good experience during a very hectic Christmas dinner. Red Lobster was the only restaurant open on Christmas day. Glad we booked ahead. Our waitress was very attentive. The kitchen was overwhelmed I'm sure Thanks to all of the staff.

While the food is exactly what you'd expect of a chain restaurant the service was excellent. I can't overstate how good our server was but also how terrible every other customer in our vicinity was.
