I'm so mad. I had a stroke 2 months ago and have issues. I don't get to enjoy much. Hubby and I ordered Red Robin. We get food from there all the time. I specifically asked for tartar sauce and vinegar. It came with nothing. I called the restaraunt . The person who answered asked me 5 times, you sure it' snot in the bag? I'm sure it's not in there. I just wanted red robin, I wanted Fish and chips. You can't have that without vinegar and tartar sauce. Way to make a frustrating situation even worse. And he said he was going to send a gift certificate and I got nothing so far. I feel like I should get a replacement order of what hubby and I ordered. I was so upset and frustrated (if no one has had a stroke don't judge. You lose control of a lot and I just wanted a nice meal for me and my husband. I cried, he went to the store to get me tartar sauce and vinegar and then his meal was cold. Then I felt bad because I felt like I ruined dinner for him too. Anything less than a certificate for both meals isn't sufficient. We have ordered from Red Robin for 4 years

Best hamburgers I have ever had ad their onion rigs can't beat them yummy

had the 10 dollar lunch special on Tuesday. cheese burger and bottomleas fries. was yummy! was too full for another order of fries... will be back next Tuesday for sure!

i have been to this location a total of 5 times over the years... every time i do a job in this area i go get a monster burger and it never disappoints.... your gonna pay $22 for it but your not gonna need to feed again for at least 3 days!!!

I’m writing this review because the manager there is so Awesome!! It was my daughter’s first time in. He was energetic, positive, friendly, outgoing and appeared as if he really cared about us having a great experience. We’ve been to quite a bit of “nice” restaurants this summer…. But the service from this Red Robin has them all beat!

First time ever to a Red Robin. I really wanted a good hamburger and a milkshake and boy did I get it. Great service. Great location! Loved it! You absolutely must try the mad Burger. Or it might have been Love Burger. I can't remember but it was the first one on your menu and it was awesome

The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! Best Red Robin location in the 757!

Dietary restrictions: The server made sure to verify if the gluten-free request was for someone with Celiac and ensured us that the two gluten-free meals would come with the dedicated gf French fries. It was awesome to have extra attention paid to making sure the meals were gluten-free!

Best Red Robin exoereince I've ever had! We ate in the bar area with 6 adults and 2 kids. The bartender did an amazing job of taking care of our order, serving our food, and keeping our glasses filled. I wish I had gotten her name! The food was great!

The burgers were delicious and very flavorful. Endless fries and Mac and cheese is awesome I wish all restaurants did that. Our waitress kept everything going smoothly and we didn't have to wait for anything.

We usually go between 3-5pm when it's literally almost empty to avoid crowds. The food was served hot and quick. The burgers may not be the best I've eaten but plenty of options that enhance the burger. The service was quick and bottomless sides ensures everyone is full.

Vegetarian options: Any burger can be substituted with an impossible patty.
