When I walked in the restaurant, I couldn’t believe how bad it smelled like it needed to be cleaned as new as the restaurant is compared. There was so much sauce on my hamburger that I couldn’t even finish eating it. It was disgusting soggy. plain red Robin burger with the relish

I visited this location last week, and unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience. We arrived before 5:30 and waited 20 minutes for our server to take our order, then waited an additional 30 minutes for 2 meals. The staff is clearly not cross trained nor do wait staff assist each other. Tables sat dirty well after guest left. We watched large tables turn over meanwhile we sat there waiting. Once the food finally arrived, the burger was so greasy the bun fell completely apart. Lastly, this location could use some help!

Got home and ran to the bathroom and vomited the whole meal . I didn't finish my burger I noticed a funny taste .

We just had the worst experience ever at this Red Robin and the manager was no where to be found. Tonight should have been a great experience for my son who just passed a food challenge and we were celebrating him being able to eat new foods and his waitress was so dismissive about allergies and could care less and had the worst attitude. Also my son didn’t like his burger nothing was offered to be remade she offered to charge me for another burger when he only took 2 bites of his food .

Ordered a hamburger with no mayo, no mustard and no ketchup. Got the hamburger and it had mayo. Got a new one and it ketchup. The waiter repeated my order and still got it wrong twice. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask and for refills. I can understand messing up once but, twice? He's lucky he got a tip.

Since it was our first time at the Nimmo location the manager offered us bottomless fries and it was a super gesture and greatly appreciated. The hostess was nice as well! The tending service could have been better.

Ordered food for delivery, somehow my order was placed twice ordering through the app. Had to call and cancel one of the orders. Card was charged twice. Have to wait for a refund. Asked to still have the order be delivered. Waited an hour and a half. Checked the app, it shows order completed. Got no notification of a delivery that was on its way or that the driver was close. Call the store to find out where my order is and lo and behold, it’s sitting there waiting to be picked up. Somehow their delivery partner screwed up but why did no one question that a delivery order was sitting waiting to be picked up for an hour? So now I’d have to wait for the order to be remade and another hour for it show up. No thanks.
