As soon as you walk into this place you are welcomed with the scent of deliciousness! I approached the counter with my hands wafting the smell towards my face! It smelled amazing! We took our time looking at the menu and decided on the "Meat Sweats Platter" to include pulled chicken (tasted okay), pulled pork (tasted fabulous), sausage (yummmmmy), pork spareribs (fell off the bone YAAAAS), and beef brisket (can you say, OMG juicy?!?) and two sides: broccoli salad (a little sour for my taste) and corn puddin (niiiiice!!). We also ordered the burnt ends, because why not? Let me tell you, these burnt ends are like WHOA, finger lickin, lip smackin good!! Our kids had the pulled chicken sandwich with side of mac-n-cheese. I wish I had gotten the mac-n-cheese instead of the broccoli salad, it was really good. We will definitely go back!!

Attention all 9-5ers. Do not trust the picture of the menu currently posted on yelp. It states the lunch special is 10.50 (a fantastic deal in my opinion), but if you go in there expecting to spend under 12 dollars, you are sorely mistaken. I didn't check the updated menu when I went in and ended up paying $14.38 for a mediocre pulled pork sandwich snd a side of beans.

Barbeque. My go to place to be honest. Beats any other chain place . Love their ribs and how I get a good juicy one. I personally like how they have the meats cooking in the sauce already, instead of picking your own sauce. That's when you know people trust their cooking. Love this place.

Brutally average. Pretty overpriced for what you're getting too. Had my fair share of Texas BBQ, so we were pretty excited to find what we thought would be Texas BBQ, but we were disappointed. The food wasn't bad, and neither was the atmosphere, or anything else really, but it definitely wasn't good either. It's fine, but that's really it.

As always the food and the service was not a miss. The manager at the Va Beach location is always pleasant and so is all the other staff. I'm a pickle lover and if I could buy a whole jar of the smoked pickles I would lol.

Service was great, and was advised that my brisket would be cooking for awhile which means it would be fresh in which I like. The atmosphere of the establishment was great, loved the music that was playing. Food was great once I got it, didn't really care for the mac n cheese but everything else was good.

I tried this place for lunch recently and had am excellent experience. I really enjoy a good sliced brisket, but the real deal is hard to find in the area. I ordered a beef brisket sandwhich with corn pudding and mac and cheese. The brisket was phenomenal, it was moist and very well seasoned. The sides were both outstanding as well as their bbq sauces. I would say the hardest part of the experience was having to pick one thing off of their menu, as i know everything would be good. I cant wait to return again soon!

So I have been here a couple of times now in the last few months and all I can say is that the food has been amazing and very consistent! My go to items are brisket (Fatty), sausage (jalapeno cheese!), and their baked beans. Their brisket here is extremely moist, tender, and packed full of flavor. I could eat the brisket all day if it didn't clog my arteries. Their beans is also very good - I think they mix in like at least 3 different bean types? It's just packed with tasty ingredients and not overly sweet. The employees here are super friendly and are able to answer any questions that you have. I will say the food can get kind of expensive BUT the food quality makes up for that and is well worth it. Seating is extremely limited - about 10 tables max in here so would recommend coming during off hours to ensure seating or do take out. Will come again!
