Best food i have had in my life! The oxtails and mac n cheese are absolutely delicious every time I went! Then the beef patties were so authentic!! Hidden gem I cant wait for them to open back up.

CURRY CHIIICKEEEEEEEN and FRIIIIIIIESSSSSSSS!!!!! The fries are so crunchy and so flavorful with all the seasoning! The curry chicken is really nice and tender it falls off the bone man. 100% big recommendations to come hereAND I GOT A FREE WATER!

The best meal by far on Atlantic Avenue!!! The food was great, authentic Jamaican taste. The service and atmosphere equally excellent!!! The hostess greeted us with a smile and explained the specials and most popular dishes. I’ll definitely be returning there soon.

This was our first time eating at this Jamaican spot. We're from out of town & really enjoyed the food, it was delicious & hot when we picked it up. We know authentic Caribbean food when we taste it, since my husband & i are both Caribbean. The lady who took our order was pleasant & friendly. We'll eat here again.

The restaurant is located in a building where a gaming center is, that's if you decide to play afterward. The place itself is not that very big. The stuff is friendly and there to answer questions. As for the food, we order 2 orders of Jerk chicken entrees. One with cabbage and rice and beans. The other with mac and cheese and rice and beans. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, but not spicy. I like mines on the spicy side. The mac and cheese was good, and the rice and beans was not dry. The cabbage, however, seems like it was just steamed and had no flavor what so ever. We also ordered a chicken tenders kids meal. My daughter didn't care for this too much. The chicken tenders seem like it was pieces of chicken deep fried, and it was hard. For a toddler, it was kind of hard to chew. My sister got the Curry chicken with cabbage and rice and beans. She said hers was good and flavorful. However, she also doesn't like spicy food. She also got a side order of fried plantains and a beef patty. She really enjoyed those both. I would still recommend this place for people to try, but for me, I have had better!
Parking: It's normally free parking during the winter, but we went during the Neptune Festival, so we had to pay $20.00. Smh

This place is absolutely amazing, the appearance don't look that great but the food covers for that. The owner is very nice and the food is very very good if you are looking for real Caribbean Jamaican food I myself consider this restaurant to be a five-star

We had a wonderful time at lunch here! The food was so good, fresh and authentic! There were 9 of us and we were served super quickly despite the fact that many of us had taken different dishes. Thanks to the chef, we had a great time with this so tasty food! Plus, the waitress was incredibly kind and prepared the daiquiri cocktails (which I highly recommend) quickly and superbly fresh and tasty!This is a place I highly recommend in Virginia Beach!

Second time I’ve had their food! First I ate in their restaurant but this time I ordered thru a delivery service and the food is always amazing. Full of flavor, just the right amount of spice, quality ingredients and the portions fill you up. I recommend both their brown stew and jerk chicken. Also tried their jerk chicken quesadillas which were delicious. Best Jamaican food I’ve tried, will definitely eat there again.

Virginia is still consider this south, no hello no welcome no how can i help you. prices out dated. Tried curry chicken lacked the authentic taste, but was cooked
