It was so good. It is one of my favorite ice creams ever. Good.
Delicious treat, but our enjoyment was diminished by our concern for the lone employee behind the counter, serving a very long line of customers all by herself. We waited for 45 minutes. The young woman who was working must have been exhausted and overwhelmed by the crowd, and lack of back up support. I wonder why Rita's management doesn't have at least 2 people working on warm summer nights? I'm guessing many people don't stop due to the long line. And, ordering ahead? Still only one person to do all the scooping, and that's unfair to put on any young person. If she were my daughter I would not want her working there under those conditions. Thank you kindly in advance for your response.
This place is good but I lose a year of my life every time I come here. The service is crazy slow.

Great ice cream was recommended the Concrete Mudslide. Horrible choice I honestly believe there was 8oz of hot fudge. The should have served insulin with it. Complete turn off.
We always seem to have to wait an unexpected amount of time to be noticed or acknowledged, but the dessert is delicious.
I recently frequented this branch of Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard for the first time. The dessert was fabulous!
Large chocolate shake was more liquid than milkshake. Was offered whipped cream and cherry, to be told we are out off whip cream when presented shake, no cherry. Tasted good but expected to be thick milkshake and got cold chocalate liquid. An almost milkshake.
