Drove the whole way there just to get sugar free ice on my vacation and they had no flavors offered today at all. Made me wonder what diabetics are supposed to do?? Each chain is mandated to offer one sugar free flavor. Drove away frustrated and without the sweet treat I was looking forward toUpdate: I told the lady at the counter what I was looking for and she just said, “I don’t have a sugar free flavor today.” She never offered to make me one, even when I was clearly disappointed and talking to my fiancé about leaving since they didn’t have it.

Sooooooo good!!!! The line was long but for good reason and so worth the wait. I got the shaved ice peach lemonade. My husband got the concrete frozen custard with peanut butter something. Omg so good. And the price was good. I would have taken a pic but I was to busy eating

Found this place on line looked good so we brought the kids for a cold treat on a hot day. We arrived and I took one look and thought I would be disappointed as there was one table outside and it was a window in a basic looking outlet plaza. WellI was wrong to have my doubts we all got frozen custard and it was amazing. Super delicious and kind and friendly staff. Would go again

Solid choice of Italian ice and custard. But expect to wait 30 + minutes with a single small group (3 people) in front of you at this location. Not sure why they always seem to be struggling staff wise.

Great tasting custards and ices. Very impressed with service as there was only one person working. In spite of long line treats for the six in our party was delivered quickly and with a smile! Kudos to the girl working today!

Always amazing treats, but the staff and prices are getting out of hand.Every staff member I have interacted with this season has always had an attitude and is extremely rude towards me. The prices are extremely expensive, especially for a Blendini. A tiny little cup, half ice, a tiny little scoop of a topping, and a little bit of custard for almost $7? That's crazy to me.The only thing that brought me back was the delicious Smores ice, which I wish was a more featured flavor.
Laughably overpriced. Four small-sized (approx 10 Oz) drinks cost me $26 -- and the minimum recommended tip on their point-of-sale system is 18% lol. The Italian Ice -- that is ice and syrup -- is $5. Sure, the drinks are tasty but $6 for a tiny milkshake is absolutely ridiculous. They got me this time but I'll never come back at these stupid prices lol

I love Rita’s, but the bad experience started with the order taking. My wife and I as well as my daughter were in line waiting for our order when it was our turn, the younger girl asked what we’d like to order, as we start to speak and order our ice cream and misto, she just stops paying attention and Carrie’s on a conversation directly in our face to the other younger girl working. After we look at her dumbfounded… like did this really just happen?… she then says, “oh wait what did you say.”She rings us up for two additional ice creams that we didn’t order, I asked for a cone, and she simply just seemed more occupied with wanting to chat than to work. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this encounter with this same girl. She seems to be there every time I go.Seems like they don’t work well as a team. Orders consistently incorrect, having to remake the simplest of items.Otherwise the treats were great. Just wish the service was up to par like It typically is at any other Rita’s I’ve been to.
