Stuff is not polite. Drinks are average. They don’t even carry straws for iced drinks. $10 for small iced matcha and no straw? It’s just second time I decided to give it a chance to this place (first time was a year ago) still disappointing experience.
PS to owner: Don’t worry I won’t bother to spend my money at your coffee shop. This review is fair given service you provide. There is a wonderful coffee shop luckily opening same plaza soon.

Understaffed. Clearly the owner is going on the cheap with only a couple people working and having patrons wait 10-15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Not worth it given the coffee isn’t all that good and the prices are extraordinarily high. Won’t be back.
