Roosters Cafe & Grill

Came in today after eating from them for the last few years and notice the waiters and waitresses wasn’t wearing any gloves as they proceed to toast and butter customers bread I notice one cough and wipe her hands with no gloves on her clothing then proceed to serve a customer and continue the routine over and over not one time did either one of them wash their hands, my concern is that was very unsanitary and it’s too many germs to be serving customers as if it’s your own food. I told the worker’s at the bar they didn’t seem to care one lady (employer) also stated they usually don’t wear gloves

We had a party of 14 and got quick and efficient service and good food.

Breakfast was ok my waffle was only warm , not hot. It was topped with some kind of margarine that would not melt. I paid extra for real maple syrup and received a tiny plastic cup only 1/2 filled up.i ordered iced coffee and was informed that refills were an upcharge. My husband’s corned beef hash didn’t taste fresh it tasted canned. I was a disappointment

It’s did not live up to the hype at all plain and bland is the word for the breakfast here. That’s all I can comment on. But the service was fast and semi friendly.

80 dollars for family of 4. 11% food tax but that's virginia. Bitter pancakes. Benny was good. Atmosphere was cute with the little roosters.

Brings back the diner feel I remember as a kid, with an upgrade for the new generation. Service is great, the staff is fun and helpful, and the atmosphere is electric.

Food was great! Service was excellent. I had the crabby lump meat omelet. First time eating one. BUT, fyi, They allow dogs in the restaurant!! Surprised me! We are from out of town. Wish they posted it on their website.
