This is our go-to place for chicken orders at our church. We use them for every event because their chicken is always a hit. We just placed a large order for chicken for an upcoming event. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you Mable, Nikki, and Lareese for your help. You three did a great job.

2 stars. One for the poor kid who was the only one prepping food in the kitchen during the dinner rush (2 other employees were outside smoking btw). One for the friendly cashier who helped us check out. Won’t return.

2 employee's were working on a busy Saturday night, plus self check out was turned off. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Even after that wait we ere shorted a few things. Tried to go back to get the and the store was full of waiting customers with ZERO employees in sight. After waiting even longer, we took the loss and left. We will definitely never return here again. Wawa proves to be far superior!

Royal Farms chicken is so delicious and crispy! In my opinion, it's better tasting than KFC, Popeyes and Feather-N-Fin.

So upset they wouldn’t sell me a chicken sandwich with all white meat told me they didn’t do it in three years. What a lie. Will not come here again!

From my past experience, buying chicking some chicken some was fresh, but most of it was dried out and old. When in store today and fresh chicken was coming out, he had to give me three pieces of the old, dried up chicken mix with the fresh chicken. Requested fresh chicken again. And the manager said he couldn't do it.Corporate is watching or something crazy like that. Roll royal farms,You never have to worry about me coming back there again. How could it have hurt to just give me the eight pieces of fresh chicken without giving me the two old pieces. I will refuse to almost pay 20.00 for some dried up chicken. I should have looked at the reviews first they are not good.

I came in the morning on my way to work at carabbas Lynnhaven around 7am. I had the best expedited service and was 10 minutes early to my job as the cook at carrabbas Lynnhaven. Rosemary and Nikki were wonderful! It was a clean store with fresh chicken and a stocked cooler of redbulls and water. I will be back!

This place sucks. Their gas pumps almost never work correctly. You'll waste time needing to shift to a working pump to get one that actually works. There's always some malfunction going on at these machines. Also, the tap to pay feature never works. It's like the people who designed this gas station did everything they could to make sure it wastes your time.

Royal Farms is a gas station with about 12-14 pumps. There is a small restaurant inside that sells fresh cooked/fried chicken, fries, and breakfast sandwiches. And there is a convenience store inside. They brew about 4-5 different coffees daily, there's a small amount of fresh pastries are onsite as well. Limited seating inside and umbrella covered seating outside,but also very clean , every time I go in.

They took 20 mins to make a small fry after telling me 5 mins. And then when I went for a refund, they said they were doing a shift change and that it'll be awhile. I will never be back.

Food is amazing and it tends to be a very clean store. However, their service has been on the decline. The store will be practically empty yet you will wait on your order for 20 minutes. I understand the employees have other responsibilities and tasks that need accomplished, but the wait time has become atrocious.

Mae at Royal farms puts a smile on everyone’s face! No matter the situation she is very friendly and genuinely kind. I’ll keep returning because of employees like her!!
