We had visited Virginia Beach and were ready to make the trek back to northern VA. After getting gas, we wanted to use the vacuum to remove the sand we had accumulated. Dropped a few quarters in the machine to find out the machine didn’t work. Went in to notify the manager to find out the staff
(Rose and Mehlani) are the best! We were refunded and tried the vacuum near the car wash. Dropped a few quarters, and the other vacuum didn’t work. Came back and was refunded with no issues.

The vacuum stated no refund, yet Rose wanted to take care of the issue. Mehlani wanted to know the specific vaccuum to place an “out of order” sign.

Yes it’s a small gesture yet they were extremely helpful and most of all kind. They could have easily sent me on my way, yet took the time to address a small issue. Thank you Rose and Mehlani! Kindness goes a long way!!!You’ve earned a customer with me. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much.

Worst car wash ever! Paid $14.00 for the ultimate wash. No receipt out of paper. After shaking the car during the wash, it never sprayed the spot free. The air dryer is for the birds and after all that the top of the car was still dirty.

My name is Betty Petty I visit your store at 2150 Centerville Turnpike Va. Beach VA .I walked in the whole staff made me feel like I was a queen. They was so friendly. I didn't know how to order my food with the machine at the deli. Nikki the manager went as far as to help me order my food. She was a great and very nice and patient with me. She smile the whole time she complete my order. When I went to the cashier Mable was put the icing on the cake as well. She was as nice too. She kept saying to me please come back. This Royal Farm is my to go to store. The chicken is good and hot. Melanie Deli Manager was a person who aim will get your order just right. She is fast and good at what she do. I love this location store. I will come BACK!

Placed order at 7:34pm, 7:50 asked for a refund. 3 pickup orders before me had to wait, bins mostly empty. Usually I’m in & out, not here!

My family and I enjoyed Royal Farms chicken for dinner. We took advantage of the 8pc. $12 promo and an order of the western fries. I added a salad with it and we had a delicious meal. The chicken was hot and flavorful. The cashier and server was very polite and welcoming. We plan to purchase there again! Royals Farms you helped make dinner an easy one?

I came to Royal farms for a family box of chicken. Worker behind the chicken counter was very unfriendly. I asked for a 10 or 12 piece box of chicken and he stated they had been out of wings so I couldn’t purchase the chicken. I stated he could substitute the wings and suggested the tenders would be fine or drumsticks it really didn’t matter and he still wouldn’t do a substitute. Last time I’ll go back. Poor customer service and if they won’t sell an advertised box of chicken even if they substitute pieces then I won’t be back for that reason either. Very disappointing Royal Farms @centerville!

I have always loved Royal Farms and the pride they take in how they present their food and just the store in general however, I have noticed that all of them don’t take the same effort or time as some stores; Particularly Centerville Turnpike, this Royal Farms has it together, the people are kind. They welcome you into the store. They ask you to please come back. Have a great day and the food is always fresh. Ammmmazzing! Especially Mable!!!

I have had good chicken from here before. But I ordered through uber eats and the chx was super soggy and greasy. No crunch at all. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. Food Lion
