My five stars are for the fried chicken and service only. I was worried when I moved to Virginia Beach from SE Pennsylvania I would never have RoFo's fried chicken again. We were driving home from Chesapeake yesterday and decided to stop at this RoFo and grab some chicken. It was fantastic...just like back home! If you haven't tried it...you really are missing the best!

Was here waiting on an order I placed in store at 11pm on 12-7-23. The white male with a beard was very vocally racist. Everyone in the store received an Amber Alert for a 17 yr old Hispanic female. He proceeded to say that she was a grown woman and didn't need an Amber Alert. He also added that she probably just went home to Mexico where she belongs. Not only is this absolutely disgusting but it completely uncalled for. I won't be returning and I will be going across social media to share this experience. DO BETTER ROYAL FARMS!!!
Mable Nikki and Theo are a winning team at the Centerville Royal Farms in Virginia Beach VA!!!!! They had my order got and ready faster than any other location

This is one of the worst RoFos in VA. The service is terrible. I ordered a 3 piece leg box meal with macaroni and cheese and an extra biscuit. I had to ask several times to get the 3 ladies behind the counter attention to ask it the box sitting on the counter out of reach was mine. They finally said yes. When I opened the box the chicken was ice cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock. The food in general quality had been getting worse and worse. This was the icing on the cake. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go to this particular location. Nasty food and nasty service.

I had an awesome experience today at Royal Farms. The staff provided me excellent customer service. Jacques help me enter my order correctly. I appreciated the help. Thro assisted with the condiments and Mable helped me check out even though the computer was acting funny. This was an amazing team and I appreciate all the help support and attention they gave me. The customer service was good, but that was it. Tonight, I got 4 chicken thighs and western fries... the fries were ok, but the chicken was very, very bad. The skin tasted somewhat like old grease, but the first piece of chicken itself tasted like fish... yuk ! The other pieces I tried did not. However, I could get past the fish smell and taste to continue.... will never get food from this location again. I highly recommend someone investigate.
