I met a family member for lunch yesterday and Julie W. waited on us. She was very nice and kind, checking on us without being intrusive. The food was also good (especially the "ultimate chocolate cake", lol), but I wanted to commend Julie W. for the great service, it was appreciated!!

Ruby Tuesday offers a nice salad bar, which is wonderful, clean, and well stocked with amazing croutons. The restaurant's Virginia Beach location is a must-visit, with fantastic cooking and delicious drinks like Mango tea. The staff is wonderful, very cheerful, professional, and helpful, making customers feel welcome. However, the Norfolk branch lacks welcoming service. Despite the mixed reviews, Ruby Tuesday's Cajun chicken pasta is highly recommended for a tasty meal. It is a great place to eat, especially for the nostalgia.
