My family and I decided to dine in for dinner to try Ruby Tuesday cause we have never been and the service was great but the food was horrible. The cooks got our order wrong twice. The temperature of meats were wrong both times they brought the food out .The server was very nice and you can tell he was getting frustrated that it was wrong as well . The manager never came out and apologized or acknowledge the situation. Which is a bad look especially the fact we spent $100. I definitely don’t recommend 0/10 for the food . I would give the server a 10/10

Every Sunday I normally visit Ruby Tuesday and Angela is best. great customer service. Always knows what customers want
Today I visit and I get Kyle poor customer service never came to table but yell across the bar was my order to go I said I’m having salad bar again he ask is it to go
Never came over to table to speak directly to me as customer . I’ve never been here and had to talk from across bar to server.
He needs to learn some good manners when it comes to customer sitting at table in bar area. Is this the way customer are treated in bar area

I wish Angela was there she’s very personal and comes over to table to take orders
Kyle needs to be retrained when it comes to its customers and not so rude asking the customer over bar. Yes if I was sitting at bar but I was at table.

The salad bar was epic, the burger was a bit small and overcooked for my tastes but covid has everyone worried about everything so they are all cooked one way. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive!

I have tried the baby back ribs numerous times and they are usually pretty good. I tried the new St. Louis ribs on the menu and NOTHING BUT FAT. I had to throw my entire plate of ribs away and couldn’t even eat it. No way that should have been sent out to be eaten by a guest.

Angela at the bar is always the best. And I love the salad bar, its always so yum at an affordable price, just wish they still had boiled eggs but still love it. And David the GM is very good too, runs a nice restaurant. Even helped find a ring in the sink.

The food was terrible. For lunch we ordered cheese steaks and fries. The best part of the meal was the French fries. The cheese steak had very little steak and was mostly bread. The service was pleasant, but I would not recommend this place if want a good meal.

We recently visited and left quickly. The salad bar was the highlight, honestly. My husband ordered a catfish and shrimp platter with a Long Island Iced Tea, but we sent both back—the fish looked more like chips and there wasn’t any real fish to be found, and the drink tasted like lemonade. I had the Ruby cheeseburger, which was only okay, and our child’s tenders with fries were just okay as well. We also had to ask for napkins and there were no drink refills offered. With the place not being very busy, the service felt lacking. We don’t plan to return EVER!

Five stars across the board for manager “Larissa” At Ruby Tuesday’s in Virginia Beach, specifically the location at 4488 Virginia Beach Blvd. I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly!

Anyways I am definitely a regular customer and especially in the middle of getting dental work done i have relied on Ruby Tuesdays as my go-to food delivery option because their baby back ribs are typically tender and delicious and came with a keto friendly option without sauce (I always get the Texas Dusted) Food is typically great, but last time I received my order, the ribs were not what i was expecting texturewise. . I called up tonight because I wanted to order again but was nervous of a repeat so I wanted to speak with them first to make sure they hadnt changed suppliers or something. That was really my only intention, but Larissa not only sent me a coupon for dinner on them, but also personally went back to the kitchen and insured that my ribs for tonight were not only up to the usual standard, but probably the best I’ve had. What especially impressed me with Larissa being so accommodating was because having been in the service industry, I know that a lot of diners are incredibly picky and not pleasant to deal with and sometimes that can get taken out on people that really do have legitimate issues with their food and i even understand when that happens-Not Larissa though! She’s much better at dealing with people than I could ever be😂
