Not sure if we'll go back. We've been to other locations. This was a GrubHub delivery but at least give us the tartar sauce that is included in the description. We understand the crunch but sheesh....$50 including tip? Yeah. Nope.

Rob at the Virginia Beach location at Town center is the Absolute worst! Took him 25 minutes to serve us drinks and appetizers. He never came back to take our main order. Instead, he stood at the booth next to us talking to his previous customers about fishing and mosquito bites he received while vacationing on the eastern shore. We had to chase down a manager to give us the check to pay for the drinks and appetizers. Never eating here again! Disappointed with Very poor service

Food is okay, customer service is always great. I would have given four or five stars, but the steak was just awful. Worth coming to if you use the buy one get one deal on their app.

I tried to give Ruby Tuesday a chance but their a disappointment. I went today for the fish and chips and they gave me frozen box fish. I would have been better off going to a fast food spot for some fish. Ruby Tuesday that fish needs to be on the kids menu. That is not real fish nor should microwavable box frozen fish be given to paying adults.... that's disrespectful and a disgrace to call yourself a restaurant while back there cooking up TV dinners. When consumers go out to eat at a restaurant they want good REAL food with real cooks that actually cooks at a stove... not cooks back there with prepackaged TV dinner items using an air fryer and microwavable meals. At least make customers aware it's not real fish but frozen fish sticks before ordering.

I am usually one who loves Ruby Tuesdays so reviewing this is disappointing. We did have two 5 year olds with us however, only one of my kids meal came out, they were out of grilled cheese but no biggie there. We waited an additional 40 minutes for the other 3 meals. It was so long we had to ask for all our food to go. Our waiter was sweet and stated the kitchen was really backed up which is understandable on a Friday holiday night. When we got home, my steak was barely edible. It was so dry and well done, it flaked as I tried to cut it with a steak knife. We paid in all $90 but had a $25 gift card. At the end of the meal, we noticed there was a special for a lot cheaper but never offered to us. Finally, both of the steaks we received when we got home were beyond well done. Zero juice. Difficult to cut and half non-edible fat. We understand the steak cooks longer as it sits in the to-go boxes but the quality was just not there. We were there over an hour and we never got a drink refill or offer- I get it, it was busy. I asked for a to-go cup with my meal since I paid for a drink and I received a kids cup. Wish we had a better experience.

We came in for the first time in years January 15th at the end of a long day. We came for the all you can eat salad bar trying to be healthy rather than getting fast food. Audrey H. was our server she was amazing. She was friendly and took great care of us while we enjoyed the meal together. She made a great suggestion of something to add to the salad and we decided that we would definitely like to come back again. It was quiet, We were the last table in the place and we were taking care of like they had all the time in the world. We were also happy to see that they kept the salad bar stocked all the way to the end. We loved all the variety on the bar and felt like it was a really nice evening for a good affordable price.

Family of 4 went for dinner. We got 2 soups, an appetizer combo & a mac and cheese side. Not a big dinner. It was a kids night out. The salad bar had a foul smell. We thought the soup would be a safe bet. Nope. It was freezer burned and not hot. The app combo was like the lowest quality (below Cisco) a restaurant can likely find. The only item worth eating was the mac & cheese but definitely not reason enough to return. I don’t know what happened to Ruby Tuesday or if it is just this location but we’ll never go again.

My husband and I eat here frequently and enjoy the experience. We almost always have the salad bar and frequently an entree as well. The salad bar is well maintained. We almost always see the same gentleman working on maintaing the salad bar when we stop by, usually on a Thursday evening. He does a great job and is always friendly and courteous. He derserves a raise in my opinion. Also. we are frequently seated near the bar and the bartender/server; Kyle also deserves a shout out. We is attentive. We never have to wait long for him to approach our table and he is efficient and friendly. He seems to be very busy, with being a bartender, a waiter and also with the take out orders that seem to be quite prevalent.

Last week I complained about my Alfredo having no cheese or parsley , the bar attendant was rude about my return and very aggressive today they served me this raw burger , the staff here is very confrontational and always finds ways to make me return to this store after receiving my food , I am a regular customer and it seems 2 employees have issues with me taking advantage of the buy one entree get one 3$ deal , I hope they get a raise and serve returning customers going forward , and for any wondering I always order a burger which is always well done this is the first time they under cooked it and when I presented it to show the staff a short dread head lady started laughing like me eating raw meat was funny

Stopped in at 8:30 for a nice sit down meal. After standing at the front for 3-4 minutes without even a "someone will be right with you" from 2 different employees who saw us lady comes up and asks if she can help us? I answer yeah some food would be great. She then informs us they are only doing take out orders tonight. That's fine we'll take out our business and go somewhere else.

My husband and I visited this location last night. There’s usually a host at the door or someone to acknowledge guests. Last night there was no one. A male worker was restocking the salad bar and he didn’t speak. My husband walked towards the salad bar and stood by the bar. Still no one said anything. A customer came in for carryout and went to the bar. A waitress, holding a child on her hip, walked over to the bar and checked the carry out order. Still nothing for my husband and I. So we left and another couple was walking in. As I was exiting the parking lot, the other couple was still standing at the door. On the outside, there were two female workers smoking at the door facing Kohls.
The restaurant was at 15-20% full. Customers at the bar and spread throughout the restaurant. But where were the workers? Not a good look with the waitress walking around with a child on her hip and the others standing outside smoking. We spent close to 10 minutes waiting!

Had a late lunch in a busy part of town. We were greeted, seated, and served quickly. The food was well prepared and very tasty. The wait staff was courteous and efficient. I am looking forward to my next visit!
