We came into this restaurant and waited for a short time behind a couple. The host came and sat them to the left. He sat us to the right. The issue we had was that he sat us right in front of another couple. There were four adult-sized people in my group, and there was a larger booth nearby. In fact, there were a lot of possibilities. It appeared that the restaurant's seating arrangement had the customers separated by race! I noticed but I didn't say anything. When my daughter came to the table from the restroom, she also noticed and was very upset. We left the restaurant.

Went for lunch and had the salad bar. It was as good as I remembered!!! Waitress was awesome!!!

I ordered a steak, which had to be prepared twice. I start eating, and got 2 long pieces of hair in my mouth. I informed my waitress with the bandage on her arm to explain what happens. She begins to tell me, I'm upset for no reason because people have pets and long hair and that I'm overreacting for having possibly someone pet hair or thier own hair in my mouth and food. I looked at my wife, and we walked straight out. I felt myself about to flip the table upside down, so I had to go before I did.

Met with a large group of friends for dinner. Service was great and the salad bar was fresh. The appetizer was a bit greasy and we didn’t finish it

I haven't dined in at Ruby Tuesday in years because I moved to Illinois from Virginia Beach and that they don't exist anymore in the Chicagoland area. But it sure feels good to return my old hometown and come back to this restaurant. The quality is nearly as good as it was back then. The service was phenomenal but the only downside is that the food orders were switched between us and other customers. It was the server's mistake and she assumed responsibility right away. I appreciated her honesty and we are aware mistakes happen anywhere, regardless. I also liked hearing her perspective about being new to the area. The food order mixup was the only thing that affected the rating on service. Other than that, they've been wonderful! Ruby Tuesday is a great place to eat especially for the nostalgia because it's a rarity nowadays. Overall, 5-stars!

Bread stick is dry! Food portions are small for what you paid for!

Food took forever to come out. The steak I ordered tasted like it was old and frozen. Mashed potatoes also tasted frozen and grainy. Pretty bad. Management won’t come to your table and own their mistake, just comped half the meal. I agree with the guy who said McDonald’s was better.

🚫 Nina, Brenda S., and Glenda are wonderful. Very cheerful and professional. They anticipate our every need. The salad bar is always good and well stocked. We have also come in for Tuesday specials. Love coming here.

The salad bar is wonderful. They keep it clean and filled nicely. The croutons are amazing. The staff is wonderful. Brenda S, Glinda, and Nina make us feel welcome and are very helpful. The other employees are also very helpful and nice.
