Outstanding Service & highly professional & courteous staff. They make my 6 year old daughter feel like a princess every visit!

Not one of my favorites. Don't mind having the wings or maybe the ribs. They could not just not flop the sauce on top. The mashed potatoes are Great! They have a new dessert that is great. Try the pineapple upside cake. It is served warm, soooo good.

This place needs help! The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait time to be seated. Despite the warning, we ate there anyway - shame on me. The waitress was friendly but they could use a new chef. My kids food was served 10 minutes before my wife's food and my food were served. My wife was missing several ingredients from her salad and when we asked about the side of bread the waitress said it was still in the oven - the bread was served nearly 10 minutes after her salad was served. My entree was cooked way above well done and I asked for medium. I couldn't eat my food because it was so dry. The manager was inform and she told us she'd take care of us. My food was too dry/burnt to consume - I didn't eat it, my wife was missing several ingredients from her salad and we were given an employee discount. I regret eating at this Ruby Tuesday location.

Rocky start, but fantastic service and food! My first impression was not good, as the floor surrounding the table where the hostess initially sat us was extremely sticky. Hoping to remedy that situation, we tried two other tables in the tiled area which, unfortunately, both suffered the same fate. Unwilling to listen to my foot disconnect from the floor for our entire visit, we were reseated to a booth in the carpeted area. On a side note, the restrooms appeared to be treated with the same care as the tile floor. Notwithstanding the physical condition of the establishment, service and food were fantastic! Appetizers were amazing and the salad was fresh and crisp. My fish was cooked to perfection and the server was very attentive. I'll give a try some other time in hopes that the issues experienced were a one-time thing.

Ariel was very friendly and attentive to us. Our drink glasses never got low, and she ensured we were doing great. Steaks were done to perfection, mine was well done and Marshall's was raw, just like he likes it! The salad bar was fresh. We were finishing up some Christmas shopping on this side of town, and it was our first visit at this location. If we are ever on this side again, we will be sure to visit!
