Ruth's Chris Steak House

We went there for an anniversary and it was a disaster. We spent A LOT of money. The service was terrible. We put our order in right away & it took 45 minutes to get our meal. It was just myself & my husband. She took forever to do anything. Was completely disappointed by our whole night.

Ruth Chris at Town center is always consistent and a vary above average. Food service in ambience always impresses. Our go to  when we want a high level of service and quality

We enjoyed the quiet room where we could talk to each other. The food was outstanding, all of it. Cooked to perfection 👌.

Tory was a great server. Very attentive and personable. The food was next level delicious. Can't say enough good things about this place. Have dined here many times and will always come back.

Our server, Mike, was amazing and made the whole experience great. The food was excellent as well!

Wonderful dinner..food was fantastic..our server Tori was the highlight..very helpful and friendly.

ummy as usual. Excellent service. Remembered our names. Had on black pants so waiter changed the napkins to black. Honored our celebrations.

My fiance got a gift card to here so finally decided to check it out. Frist of all the servers are great and attentive. The food and wine on the other hand, leaves one wanting. I asked for a 9 oz pour of house red which was josh Cabernet.... $17.95... that's more than the damn bottle. I digress, I got the prix fixe with comes with a starter entree one side and dessert. For the starter I got lobster bisque which had an off putting after taste and very little lobster meat which was only very tiny over cooked morsels. The entree a 6oz fillet with 3 shrimp. The shrimp was good and the steak was tender but the steak didn't really have good flavor to it and my side was the creamed spinach which wasn't that great either. Best part of the meal was probably the cheesecake we had for dessert. Probably won't go back i can have a way better meal for less elsewhere

My husband and I ate at this location for our 10th wedding anniversary. The wait time was about 30 minutes after our reservation time. After being seated our server came not too long and started us off with our drinks. She was super nice and meant well but didn’t check on often. I understand she was probably busy but another server had to give me a refill and my husband didn’t get a refill until almost the end of his meal. Our server told us that we would get some cheesecake I guess because it was our anniversary but we never got it. The food was very good and my husband had lamb chops for the very first time. He enjoyed them!!

The food and service were outstanding. Our server, Gavon I believe, was fantastic. Only issue I had was there was a mistake made in billing and we were mistakenly charged for an incorrect amount. Our server realized the mistake and immediately remedied it and profusely apologized. No harm, no foul but a few days later the charge was still there and I called to inquire. The holidays were in there so I could understand the delays may have been out of their control but I wanted to make sure it had been reversed. I spoke with, I believe the GM, and whether intentional or not I got the impression I was bothering him and this error was somehow my fault. He did do something in the system and the amount was reversed on my card a few minutes later but I was not really impressed with his tone.

The steaks are Ruth Chris are always good. Never great, knock your you socks off delicious. But consistently good. Very high prices for average food

Ruth’s Chris is a Standard. This is the steakhouse you go to anywhere in the world when you need your steak cooked consistently delicious. This location was no different.

My only criticism and resulting missing last star is due to the lack of intimacy and uniqueness. If you have been to one Chris you have likely seen them all.

The food will be great, the service will be good, but the Wow factor will fade after a few visits… especially when you are seated close enough to other visiting guests that you can join their conversation…(but trust me you will be back).

This will become the standard other more intimate steak houses will have to meet to earn your trust.

Our favorite place to dine for our traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We also visit for their Happy Hour specials in the bar area. Their steaks are always impeccable, but the prime burger and fries is top notch as well!

This place is top notch! The steak was perfect, the chopped salad paired perfectly with the NY strip. I will definitely be dining here again. I just wish the dress code was enforced. There were multiple men that walked in wearing sweatpants.
