Ruth's Chris Steak House

The service at Ruth's Chris was very subpar. Our waiter's tableside manners were not the best, and both Cowboy Ribeyes came out at the wrong temperatures — one was supposed to be medium and the other well-done. Instead, we had to send them back and wait while they were remade, leaving the lobster tail and mashed potatoes sitting on the table getting cold. When the manager (I believe his name was Jonathan) came over, his comment was surprisingly unprofessional. He said, “The waiter didn't make the food,” which felt unnecessary and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue or making us feel valued as guests, it made us feel as if we were the problem. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially for a restaurant known for high-quality service and dining.

I took my wife here for a birthday dinner and remind you this was our first time being here. Everything was outstanding! We did the tomahawk meal for 2, the steak was so tender, flavorful, perfect temperature and delicious it was just amazing! Oh and the amazing manager came out to cut our tomahawk for us. Our waiter Rob was just top tier excellence from the time he greeted us all the way until we walked out the door. He made this first experience a night to definitely remember. My birthday is coming up so we will be back soon!!!

Our waiter Tony was awesome. Service was top tier considering there was a large party. Our food was delayed but it was hot and delicious. My Oscar crab dish was place on top of my stuffed chicken which I did really care for. The béarnaise sauce made the dish salty!

Ruth's Chris was a great place for dinner prior to attending an event at the Sandler Center. Food and service is always amazing!

We loved our experience at Ruth's Chris! The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — definitely pricey, but totally worth it for a special occasion. When we arrived, there was birthday confetti on the table, which was such a sweet touch, and they even surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake. Everything from the atmosphere to the food made the night feel truly special. Highly recommend!

The culinary experience was largely underwhelming. The establishment is in dire need of a refresh. It was notable that while the clientele was diverse, the staff did not reflect this diversity. Taking a break from revisiting for awhile.

Arrived at 5:30pm to enjoy dinner before a show at the nearby Sandler Center for the performing arts. Had a relaxing meal with cocktails (Blackberry Sidecar is outstanding!), salads, steaks and the bread pudding for dessert. It is a big on the expensive side, but overall a very enjoyable dinner and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Probably could have arrived 30-45 min. and still made it to the show easily, but I don't like to rush and didn't mind taking a walk after dinner.

We were well received and wished anniversary by the hostess, manager, and servers. We appreciated the extra touch of the festive sprinkles of Happy Anniversary on our table. We enjoyed our meal and would eat there again.

We came here to celebrate a special occasion, and the staff made it truly memorable from the confetti on the table to the personalized “Congratulations!” dessert presentation. The food was absolutely outstanding. My ribeye was cooked to perfection juicy, flavorful, and beautifully seared. The sides were rich and satisfying; the creamed spinach was velvety smooth and seasoned just right, and the mac and cheese was the ultimate comfort dish. My wife's crab-crusted fish was perfectly flaky with a golden crust and fresh bed of spinach underneath. We ended the night with a decadent slice of carrot cake drizzled with caramel the perfect sweet finish to an amazing meal. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. You can tell the staff take pride in making every detail feel special. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience whether it's a celebration or a romantic night out Ruth's Chris never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Our experience from the time we walked in until we left was amazing. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive. Everything came out in a timely manner and the drinks were top tier. We will be back.

Amazing experience. Best steak I ever had! Our server Mike was impressive. Friendly people on staff, excellent food, and great location. It is a bit pricey but it lives up to the adage of you get what you pay for!

Great food, drinks and service! But they did offer the viral 3 course meal at this location.
