Vegetarian options: The naan first of all is not from the tandoor, some store bought, not good, I requested hot medium, all you taste was the masala. I have never had such poor taste dal makhni or the malai kofta… such a bummer I was really forward to having my takeout. Between me and my husband we barely ate 3 tablespoons of the food we paid $45. They need a new chef, Indian food isn’t about the spice, sry I would never go back. Naan was the worst.

I went during lunch. They have an amazing lunch special, vegetarian or non vegetarian, for around $20. You get rice and naan along with 3, maybe 4, dishes and dessert. I also ordered vegetable pakora which was delicious. My daughter ordered the Mixed Grill. It had every meat imaginable and she said everything was good. There was also, I'm assuming, Indian pop music playing in the background which I really enjoyed and our server was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning.Vegetarian options: There were a lot of vegetarian options that were clearly labeled on the menu.Parking: Saffron is located at the Town Center where free parking garages are plentiful.Kid-friendliness: I can't speak on the availability of highchairs or boosters but there are a lot of spacious boothsWheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is at ground level.

I highly recommend! Convenient location with ample parking nearby. Inside there's lots of room and plenty of seating available. The lighting is wonderfully dim and romantic. The food is prepared to perfection. The staff/service is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. It's easy to pull up to the bar for a delicious mango lassi, if nothing else!

Staff is rude and incompetent. Came in for a pickup order that I placed an hour ago and was ignored for half an hour. Asked repeatedly if someone could help me and all they could say is “sorry, no I can’t help you”. Food is mediocre at best, too pricey, and certainly not worth getting treated like you’re just a huge inconvenience for them. Absolutely pathetic staff. You can get better customer service at McDonald’s! Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other Indian restaurant besides this one. Maybe the other location has better customer service but after this experience I’ll never come back.

We have gone as a family several times. Today was another lunch together and we had 17 people. I can’t say enough good things about the food, service and atmosphere! Honestly, it’s very rare to find this level of good service. The staff is always attentive, very knowledgeable, and eager to serve. The food has been so satisfying and delicious each and every time we have visited. Please find the time to visit this restaurant, there is nothing you could regret about it.Kid-friendliness: We had a good group of toddlers in tow. The staff were amazing and accepting of the challenges that come with serving a big group of children. We never felt like we were a burden or difficult to serve. Thank you for making us feel at home.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!Food, location, atmosphere are all amazing but the staff tops the cake. We order from here all the time with no issues. Our last order they made a mistake with our cheese naan. They quickly owned the mistake and made it right. The manager knew it was for the kids. He called a little later to make sure the kiddos were happy.My wife and I were touched. He did not have to do that. This kind of personal ownership and service is becoming uncommon these days.Before we went here because of the food. Now we are life long loyal customers because of the people.Great job!!!
