Never disappoints. Sushi is better then any other sushi I have had. This amazing when you factor in that its all you can eat. Service is great and price is a bargain.

waitress flipped receipt over in front of my family & criticized amount of tip ! she argued I pay %18 and made it feel mandatory ! I’ve heard rumors they would charge you full price if you don’t eat all your food during the buffet leaving customers blind sided by the tab ! After pointing out tips are OPTIONAL & mandatory gratuity was shown on the menu waitress literally STOMPED OFF & never returned . This is not my first experience in the past at a birthday dinner they seem to conveniently want to add my bill , my sister bill to my nephew whom was dressed in military attire … this place had decent food but the service is trash ! I’m reporting them to the state on false advertisement ! No signage. No verbiage no heads up you’d be charge FULL price instead of the buffet if you don’t finish your food ! What’s consider fully eaten ? lol bc I saw in the reviews as an example the manager charged a guess because she eaten 6 out of 8 sushi rolls ! No clear indications tips are mandatory regardless of party size . No clear description on “ fully “ eaten or the prices expected to follow if not ! This place is price gouging at its finest . Hounding customers for a tip is as VERY disrespectful not sure how this was acceptable. I had cash in my car so I told the waitress due to her being ungrateful she get NOTHING & I would be escalating my concerns outside the business

The food at this restaurant is fantastic — fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable for the whole family. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was extremely concerning.

During our visit, the waitress threw a menu at me, which landed in my face — a completely unacceptable form of assault. If it wasn’t for my spouse wanting to avoid embarrassment I would’ve pressed charges ! She also insisted that a tip was required, claiming gratuity hadn’t been included, even though the restaurant’s policy clearly states gratuity applies only to tables of SIX or more. Clearly seated were 2 small children & w adults ! I pointed out the discrepancy, but she ignored me and stormed off, leaving my family feeling pressured and uncomfortable. Very rude and distasteful. I’m certain it’s deem very disrespectful in her nationality !

As a note, tipping is not part of Japanese dining culture, so this behavior was especially confusing and unnecessary. It felt obligatory and like I was being bullied !

This was not an isolated incident; previous visits included staff pressuring family members to pay more than necessary.

While the food is excellent, the staff behavior was aggressive, misleading, and unprofessional. I hope management addresses training and customer service standards, because incidents like this should never happen.

If my review gets deleted I will report and press the matter !

I came here on my birthday tonight and left still hungry. After 45 minutes we still didn’t get our food. Our server basically forgot about us. Really upset.

We love that this Sakura has menu items we'd never heard of. The Hawaii Mango was amazing! My husband had Harry Monkey and said it was also amazingly good. No skimping on the fish, no tons of rice in the rolls either. We live near another Sakura but will drive to this one. It was a bit less expensive than our closer Sakura and we love the different menu items.

Service was good my second time going, first time was terrible. Food both times, wasn't my cup of tea. I usually go to sushi King and it's much better. Price here is good for weekend lunch, but the price is the only thing that brings me here. If you can afford it, go to sushi King instead.

My fiance and I love Sakura so much that we choose it like 70% of the time for date night out of all the restaurants in the area. Definitely our comfort food restaurant.

Try the Seared Tuna Mango and the Sakura roll. The smoked salmon sashimi is killer too! And our favorite waitress Amy is the best ✨️

AYCE... good amount of raw/cooked options to select from... you get charged for too much leftover food, so don't over order

Are here the other day and did the all you can eat price. Honestly, you have to finish all your food or whatever you don’t finish you have to pay for and the food isn’t that great it’s not seasoned well. Very bland for Asian.
