AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I made a mistake in Door Dash and ordered “pick-up” instead of “delivery.” I called to complain about my “stolen order,” and rather than pointing out what an idiot I was, Sal’s just delivered the pizza (at their own expense), during which time I realized MY ERROR (ugh, face). This is a great pizza place with an awesome staff. I AM SORRY Sal’s for my phone rage! You were right and your pizza was drip!!
Probably fine to take out, but we ate in and wish we hadn’t. Paper plates, water costs 1.79, had to ask for silverware which was dirty, and the table was broken. Pizza was pretty good.
Native New Yorker, serving a New York pie, that's all you can ask for! We super appreciate this was the real deal and not an imposter. It was nice to hear the family story, tell ours, eat our pizza in peace and with no shame of finishing it. Hey, we miss home and this did the trick. Low key place, nothing fancy, just getting it done right.
