These stars are directed towards the bakery department.(I think, from what I saw on her name tag) Kira, who might have been the bakery department manager was so kind, helpful, compassionate and accommodating. I noticed all the 30 count cupcakes were all white icing with light sprinkles and was hoping for more colorful options like they typically offer. She explained the current available in store options (not special ordered) and most likely saw the huge disappointment on my face. She offered to decorate a set with color, which was done expeditiously. I was absolutely thrilled and touched that she took the time to accommodate me, which was not demanded nor expected. She saw the opportunity to brighten a customer's day and she most definitely did! Kira, is an individual that a business should be very proud and honored to have. She exemplifies how excellent customer service should look. She listened, explained, understood me and made me feel seen and valued as a customer. I truly do appreciate her kindness and time and am very thankful & grateful. :-)Her willingness to help did not go unnoticed. For future reference, I now know to special order if I have my heart set on something colorful, rather than take a risk of possible disappointment. ;-)

Membership is worth every penny. I don't remember what it is, but maybe $80/year? Not sure. We only have 2 people in our home, but frequent family visitors. The savings on bulk items like paper, laundry, pet, and cleaning products really add up! And I NEVER thought I'd buy clothing at Sam's, but they have fantastic deals on clothing for the whole family. Food: great selection of quick cook-at-home meals, deli salads, and dessert trays! Milk prices are great, especially Almond Milk! Use the App with Quick Scan checkout!! Skipping the registers and walking right out with your scanned paid receipt saves a ton of time and aggravation. I park my cart in an out-of-the-way spot to scan everything, pay right there with a swipe using my saved payment method, then head to the door to show the attendant my QR receipt. So simple! Especially great if you're only picking up a few things. Coffee: hubby will only drink Folger's Black Silk, which has rocketed in price at regular stores, yet still remains much lower for the large one at Sam's. Facilities: large clean restroom at the back by the pharmacy Also a GREAT place to pick up random gifts throughout the year, like major appliances, gift cards, kitchen storage systems, toys, etc. Gas: I drive EV now but still take our trucks there. USE THE APP to quick pay! Using a regular card takes a really long time for some reason because of WiFI or whatever. And you have to scan your membership card first, wait for that to connect, then your payment card. But the app's scanner is SO fast! I'm always in and out before the person at the next pump has even begun pumping. Yes, really!

I've had memberships to other similar places but I find Sam's club to be my favorite. They have everything I need and more. I love their food area. They are normally very stocked up on items. I would give 5 star, my only issues have been when I place pick up orders and the time frames are never accurate. Other than that I love Sam's!
Decent pizza pretzel and pizza but unbeatable price. The only claims I had is that the pizza pretzel kinda fell apart when I had it but it was way better dough than the actual pizza. Overall really great meal after a tiring shopping day at Sam's club!

Today I came to Sam's club to get my food items and dinner rolls for a homeless feeding I do weekly for 100 people when I went looking for fresh dinner rolls they did not have enough bags ready I went to bakery and they said the rolls was still hot and could not bag them so I told them I will shop and come back when I return still warm this beautiful lady went over and bought the rolls close to refrigerator where she was and kept checking if that's not customer service at it's best she went over and beyond to keep checking Thank you Ms Joanne for your going above and beyond she was awesome that's service!!! I appreciate those people that definitely appreciates their job and people that takes joy in shopping in their workplace Kudos to Ms JoAnne

I enjoy shopping at Sam's Club. If you are in need of restocking cleaning/laundry items nows the time. Before I purchased the items I checked Target, Walmart, BJ's and Amazon. Sam's the the least expensive by like $2 or more. It always help when you go around lunch time and they are sampling tons of items. Great way to see if you like it or not before purchasing it.

This is Virginia Beach's only Sam's Club that has a lot of groceries. Coming here on a Saturday can get busy. Great that there's a gas station there.

We went to Sams Club looking for croissants. When we walked in we were asked for our membership card. But everytime we go there, they're normally out of cards to give, unless you're a plus member. So we just got a temporary print out. The store was clean and pretty organized. My favorite section is the bakery section and take and bake... I love seeing what they have.. The mac n cheese is pretty good. I love short cuts so i buy it and fix it up the way i like it.. They have enchiladas, alfredo, ceaser salads, sushi, and more... So if your looking for a quick dinner that's thê spot to check out.. The freezer section is also a weakness for me.. Lol.. They have all the frozen sandwiches (my kids love the chicken sandwiches), quesadillas, seafood, pizzas, and so much more... Meanwhile my freezer at home is like, when, what, and why?? Wheres she gonna put all this?? Lmbo.. I found some Nashville hot fish and shrimp, i can't wait to try.. If you're having a function, potluck, or gathering there are several things here to choose from!! Easy peasy!! They had some delicious looking cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, but they tasted weird.. I struggled to eat it.. Now its 9 more in the box looking at me like, don't throw us in the trash!! Lol... Ughhh. My kids won't even eat them. So that was disappointing.. Also i found some yummy looking dessert jars for $11. I was excited to try the smores one, and when my daughter opened it she asked if smores had confetti sprinkles? Turns out it was specks of mold... This stuff cost to much to be going bad before you get it home!! I've never returned anything there, but I'm going to see if i can get a refund.. Hopefully that goes well. Checkout was easy. I loaded up and heàded to the Cafe.. They have reasonably priced pizzas, churros, ice cream and more.. Great place to treat the kids to and not break the bank!! All in all it was a good trip besides the mold.. Check them out!!
