Beware the mixed vegetables and noodles are pathetic. Noodles okay, mixed vegetables, no way( a bunch of cabbage with this miniscule amount of broccoli pieces). And Chef one of chefs was rude. I looked an asked for a couple more pieces of broccoli. One was going to do it, then all of a sudden, other no no.

I haven't been here in a while. I ordered my food, portion size was nice but the teriyaki sauce IS NOT teriyaki sauce! It's a different flavor and it's watery. Highly disappointed!

Although the food tastes good, they hay decreased the container size and depth, give you less food and increased the prices.

They give you less meat thank the other two Chinese style places in the mall. No free water 👎

They made me wait for 20 minutes on only 3 customers ahead me , and at the end to put for me wrong meat . And they mixed up the plates

Edited : the problem did not end there , it started when I was telling the employee that I work as an employee at the same mall and that my boss will not accept me taking 25 minutes to pick up food , to get a reply back from the employee that he want to be closing too even tho there was 30 minutes left on a sunday shift (Short shift in this mall) I felt a lot of disrespect and disappointment not even a single apology or respect.

They increased the price & decreased the amount of food, Thought they increased the cost so we can get the amount of food that's proportional to the price. This Japanese fast food restaurant wants instant wealth by scamming customers, shame on them! The rice is not fully cooked. Chinese restaurants give customers their money's worth.

This fast food restaurant doesn’t maintain 6ft distancing and just keep yelling “NEXT!!!NEXT!!!” which is rather RUDE and HEALTH-RISKY. The counter is crowded. The amount of food isn’t worth the price you pay. They pack the plate with a lot of rice with little meat and veggies, stingy

Bad service, they served me a box of rice and the chicken 🍗 it flew away if I saw it I don't remember and I said vegetables only cabbage and rushing when there weren't even any more customers 😖

Very bad service and it's not teriyaki chicken, it's teriyaki rice, a mountain of rice and the chicken was playing hide and seek🤦🏻‍♀️ the cashier looks like he's herding cows when there isn't even a line.

I didn't like the treatment of the workers, it was somewhat rude.
