I had a pizza craving for lunch and decided to kill 2 birds, 1 stone at the mall. Not ONLY was the customer service absolutely refreshing but when I returned to my office the slice was still piping hot! The staff this afternoon was great and deserves praise at lunch rush hour (while school was out and teens running amuck). Good job and thank you! 😊

My chicken bacon ranch pizza was so very delicious and hot! The waiter Ro was so amazing, she was so friendly and kind. She even offered to cut my pizza in half for me!! U really appreciated the great service and will be back for more!!

Rose was nothing short of amazing. Very attentive to my needs. I made a mistake with my order and she showed no hesitation to make things right. Even while they were busy, she was engaged with everyone on line and still got all the food out in a timely fashion. Thank you so much Rose.

Rose and her coworkers here at Sbarro are so nice and kinda and I always receive wonderful service, even during the malls busiest days. I absolutely love the afternoon and night staff. ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible pizza and disgusting staff. Ordered a slice of pepperoni which cost almost $7 for ONE slice. While the employee was heating up the slice, he dropped his spatula on the ground and picked it back up to use again! Not even the best pizza in NY will cost you $7 per slice. Rip off, disgusting pizza and dirty staff.
