Found this wonderful little restaurant on our last day at Virginia Beach vacation. Wish we had found it earlier! Food was excellent! The owner , Jeff came out to visit. Very nice. Told him how much we enjoyed the food. Come visit this little diner on the Boardwalk!

I went here in Winter a couple of years ago and I had THE BEST CHEESEBURGER OF MY LIFE I FORGOT TO PUT THE KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ON. Every time I go to VA Beach I'm gonna RUN to this place

Kid-friendliness: Not many seats inside, but plenty of tables outside, a wide open boardwalk for running around and a perfect view of the beach

Wheelchair accessibility: Street entrance is accessible multiple steps down to patio and boardwalk

Excellent atmosphere and friendly staff! We had two amazing breakfasts here - crab cakes benedict were delicious. Great mimosas and bloody Mary's. Right on the beach with a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.

The food was so bad and for an order of fries a crab cake a bowl of shrimp bisque soup (horrible) 2 sodas and a kids meal was $90. We were shocked. Will never ever happen again. The fries were ok. You're safe with that.

got the fish platter for $20 while my friend got the fish sandwich for $14, yet when the food came it was virtually the same thing besides my having two tiny hush puppies, and her having a bun. we both thought i would get more than one piece of fish. she even asked to add coleslaw to her order and wasnt charged (but said it wasnt good), while i asked to replace my coleslaw with pasta salad, a request which was not honored. food was okay but not worth the price. the waiter was nice but seemed pretty ignorant about the menu (didnt know how much a side cost a la carte)

Came here around 1pm with my husband and 6 year old on a Saturday in mid October… hungry for some lunch after exploring the boardwalk a bit (this was our first time in this area) and we stood at the “please wait to be seated” podium for 8 mins (I timed it) with not a single worker acknowledging us. I even made a joke to my daughter and asked if we were ghosts or something - because several workers walked past us and completely avoided eye contact. I understand it was busy - but as a former restaurant worker myself (served thru some highschool and college), a simple “we will be right with you” goes a long way. I even asked some patrons who left if we were standing in the right spot to get a table - and they said yes. So… once I reached my maximum patience limit…we left. It’s a shame bc it looked like it would’ve been a yummy lunch.

*Edited to reply to the seriously unprofessional response*

I didn’t ask you to “magically add more tables”. I asked you (since you were claiming to be there) or the couple other folks who work there and walked past us to ACKNOWLEDGE us standing there. You seriously need to work on your customer service skills, if that’s how you reply to someone. Just wow.

Wow, so glad we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant yesterday. Family owned and the food is homemade. Love these type of eateries. The weather was great, the view was perfect, our waiter Jayden was awesome, prompt & spot on, plus the food was deliciously prepared. We shared one of the specials, the black & blue burger. It had real bacon on the burger! It was so good!!! I could not keep my eyes off of other people's food and I have to say, it all looked & smelled good!! We talked to one of the owners, Tonya, as we were leaving. You can tell that they take pride in their little piece of paradise. We will definitely come back!!

Five little shrimp for $15 is ridiculous. I would tell everybody do not come here and I will never come back.
