Although pricy, good food and very attentive service

Food was phenomenal. Ordering was a little rocky at first, kiosk card reader disconnected at the end. Overall, service was great and food was top notch. Will return if we come back to VA Beach

Very professional and hospitable! Everyone was wearing gloves and hats! 🤩 As a chef it’s pleasing to know I’m getting food that’s clean, no offense to anyone at all. Food was amazing, just a note to let people know about the cheese being really hot inside of the shroom burger! I saw the sign on the bag after, but I think a disclaimer when you order the burger as well would be nice too!

The burger was a good, greasy burger. Fries and seasoning for the hot fries was gross. The food isn't worth the insane pricing though.

Always a good spot for this brand of burgers. Plenty of selections to choose from, even hot dogs and chicken sandwiches if you want. They have shakes, of course. The self-order kiosks are easy to use. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

UMMMMM... just go! Great food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. I got the Oreo shake, a burger, and fries. Ingredients are fresh. Fries were fresh and crispy! The burgers are more on the thinner side, so grab a double of you need the meats! I ordered a single and was delighted. Just stop what you're doing, get in the car, and go! Will be a favorite of mine while here, for sure.

Busy because they're good

When they are making orders and when they finish they never call out the name. Especially when they do Doordash orders, they just set it on the shelves they have behind the counter and let it get cold.
That is horrible

Our toddle gave the milk shake a thumbs up. The burger tasted really good. And the staff was very friendly. The gentleman that “nascar pit crewed” the ketchup entertained my son. I didn’t catch the name.

These are the best “fast food” burgers money can buy as well as their chicken sandwich. People argue over Chick-fil-a, Popeyes, and whatever else chicken sandwich but the best is at Shake Shack. Yea it’s expensive but grow up, what isn’t expensive these days? Thanks Obama.
