Ordered delivery and thought I’d try out the big shack (ordered two of them). Description stated two patties but both only came with one.

I’ve been to Shake Shack before at other locations, but this was my boyfriends first time visiting! He said, and I quote, “if I could describe shake shack with three words it would be ‘shake shack good.’” Which I felt was very truthful statement. Absolutely love this restaurant and the service here was good!

Second time ordering from here and both times the burgers have been raw for me. The cheese sauce is weird tasting and it’s never fully melted. It’s more of like the spray cheese in my opinion. I honestly don’t think the regular cheeseburgers are worth $9 for how small they are and the cheese fries aren’t worth the $7 either.

Shake Shack on Virginia Beach Boulevard is an excellent spot! The food was absolutely great—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I really appreciated how smooth and efficient the ordering process was through the machine. Everything was simple and easy, and my order was delivered right to the table in a timely manner.

The seating area was also a highlight. I enjoyed the outdoor seating, which gave the visit a relaxed and comfortable vibe—perfect for enjoying a good meal. The entire place felt clean, organized, and well-managed, which made the experience even better.

Between the tasty food, efficient service, and comfortable seating, I’d definitely rate this Shake Shack a solid 10/10 on the Osiris Hotness Scale! 🔥 Highly recommend it for anyone in the Virginia Beach area looking for a casual spot with great food and smooth service.

I ordered from this place via uber eats so this review does not address atmosphere. I actually was very surprised how quickly they got my order. I ordered BOGO free Chicken shack with lettuce instead of bun. Every ingredient was fresh from the lettuce wrap, red onions, tomatoes, pickles. The price was reasonable, came out to $10 per stack.
