The crew helped me out all three times I called to update my reservation with the last update being just hours before. We ended up with a group of 16 people including kids for my wife's birthday and had one hustler of a server, Bentley, who was great handling all of our huge family's many requests while keeping it light and cracking jokes with us. He also helped with the birthday shout-out and song all while recording the whole thing with my phone for the memories. Thanks so much for a great dinner for my wife!

We are highly disappointed with the service that we received. We placed an online order. When we arrived to pick up our order, the staff attempted to hand us the wrong order. We made the staff aware that the order being handed to us was not our order, as it was a significantly smaller order. We were then informed by staff that they had not seen our online order come in, so it had not yet been made, but that they were able to see the order, & would go ahead and make it. (Ok, not a big deal.) We waited and received our order. However, after arriving home, we noticed that we were missing part of our order. (Ok, annoying, but still not a big deal.) We placed a call to the restaurant to inform the staff that we were missing part of our order and would be on our way to retrieve the missing items. Unfortunately, we were asked to bring back the entire order, in order to receive the missing items. We found this unacceptable, as that would (1.) require our entire party to remain hungry, waiting to be able to eat the items that were ready to eat, while waiting for the missing items to be prepared, as well as (2.) resulted in the already ready items being cold, by the time that we returned home, with the entire order. For these reasons, we returned the items that were received and requested a refund. We understand that mistakes happen. However, we believe that the staff/manager could have/should have came up with a better solution. We hope that they did not resale the returned items, as we did place a large order, and the manager did mention that he “would hate to waste all of the food.”

I ordered the scallop dinner and I was very disappointed. There were 12 of the tiniest scallops I have ever tried to eat; they were all breaded and greasy and the scallops themselves were no bigger round than 3/8 of an inch and that's being generous. Service and atmosphere were good. Not impressed with the food at all! Music was too loud and very obnoxious.

The seafood boil was exceptional. We also ordered shrimp fried rice, I would not recommend it. We got lobster, crab, shrimp and sausage with potatoes and corn of course. Highly recommend!!!
