The food was pretty good. But I really was a bit surprised that the bill was so expensive.

I enjoyed the whole evening there

There is nothing special about the food here. It's okay but nowhere near what you get in our hometown. The chef couldn't remember orders and was hard of hearing. The soup wasn't that great. The salad was good. The rice and veggies again were okay. Shrimp was the best part to me. My filet was bland. Yum yum sauce was good, though. Could have been an off night, but from my experience, I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

Dinner and show and great steak

During our first visit, we attended a friend's birthday dinner. We had reservations for 12 people and waited in the bar, enjoying cocktails until everyone arrived. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. I ordered one of the specialty cocktails served in a Buddha-shaped glass. The drink was good, but I wish there had been more. Now I have a unique Buddha glass!

The performance by our chef was a perfect blend of entertainment and culinary skill. The classic tossing of food into our mouths never gets old! The atmosphere has a distinctly Asian-inspired vibe. Although the prices are a bit high, you receive a substantial amount of food along with the show. I highly recommend visiting to enjoy both the performance and a wonderful meal.

I keep going back. The awesome food and staff make me believe they're the best

Went on a Friday night, this place absolutely deserves the praise. Food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, portions were generous, and you get a good variety of courses. I had an excellent filet cooked perfectly, juicy and tender, which already deserves a special shoutout of its own.

The hibachi chef was very talented. It never gets old having them toss the shrimp in your mouth and we were laughing and having a great time about it. Shogun gives you dinner and a show, and everyone at our table had a wonderful time.

We left full and happy. We're already planning to go back. Highly recommend this spot if you want great food and a great time.

We recently visited Shogun Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar to celebrate my grandson's birthday — his choice for the special occasion — and overall, it was a memorable experience.

The food was good, though not exceptional, but what truly stood out was the service and atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the evening. The atmosphere was phenomenal — lively, welcoming, and perfect for both family gatherings and special events.

While the cuisine could have been a bit more remarkable, the combination of outstanding service and a vibrant environment made the evening thoroughly enjoyable. We’re grateful for the experience and would definitely consider returning for another family celebration.

Been coming to this place for years. I'm pretty sure this is the same exact location I went to as a kid (decades ago before I moved to Florida). Same great food. Same great service. Same great atmosphere. 50 out of 10 would recommend. (Especially for parties)

10/10 recommend. The servers, chefs, hostess and owners will remember you! Owner always is asking us and others how we are doing. The food is 10/10 tastes fresh and the experience is so much fun. They also recently updated everything and it looks so nice. Defenitley recommend for a date night, family night, or even by yourself!

Dinner and a show! The chef was amazing! Loved the PG-13 humor. If that bothers you, you don't deserve delicious melt in your mouth filet minion or happiness.

If you are looking for a great hibachi experience, this is the place to eat at! Dinner was delicious and entertaining! Plenty of fire and jokes!
