This was my first time visiting. I love to try new restaurants and I'm a big brunch person. I was just googling and stumbled across Simple Eats. I looked at the menu and was sold. I was definitely checking this place out. The restaurant is very cute. Great decor. The waitress was very nice. Now the food is what steals the show. I ordered the Crab Bennie and my bf ordered the French toast. I can say the Crab Bennie was amazing. Best I've had in a long time. Im excited to come back and try the Shrimp and Grits

Cozy little place with great food. Love that they support local artists, hanging the artwork, with option to purchase. Very nice.

This place is amazing. The healing vibe is unique. Sandy and her crew are doing what restaurants should be doing. Sourcing locally, hiring locally, This isn't just a hidden gem. It's a destination restaurant worth traveling to. Thank you, Simple Eats!

We have eaten here 3 times and it just keeps getting better. This is truly a local place. Run by salt the earth folks and it shows in their staff, atmosphere and most importantly the food.

I almost don’t want to review this because it was so good and I don’t want a wait next time we go. The food was great! I had the turkey sandwich and it was one of the best I have had. Will be back!

One of my go-to spots after work or on a slower morning. Chill vibe, solid service, and the food hits. Ingredients are super fresh, organic, local. Staff is friendly without hovering. Whether you’re solo at the bar or meeting someone, it just feels like a place you can breathe and eat well. Nothing fancy—just done right.

I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was not good at all, the potatoes that came with the dish had no seasoning and the egg was not cooked.

Summary: Nicole was funny and friendly! Food was delicious (and had gluten free sandwich bread) prices were very decent for our large party. Sit by a window if you need extra light to read menu.

We came in as a party of 5 of visitors (Army base nearby). Nicole waited on us and she was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable on all the menu items. She was patient and quickly brought our food out despite the lunch rush (which the food was delicious and had good portion sizes by the way). The shakes were amazing and I was pleasantly surprised by the gluten free bread substitute on my Reuben.
The atmosphere was cozy, but we went on a day that didn't have a lot of natural light so I recommend if your party needs more light to see the menu, perhaps sit near a window. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and the high reviews here aren't kidding!

Flights were worth the trip alone, strawberry french toast was bomb, super friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere,well be back soon!!!
